Cassidy Williams sighs, scared for her first day of high school. It's hard enough being the new girl without being stuck in her freshman year of high school. Time to get this over with, she thought to herself. Flipping open the doors, she comes face to face with.. a parrot? "Pardon me." It said. "What the hell?" "Professor! Professor!" A tall, lanky boy with the darkest undereye circles she's ever seen called. "Here, my sweet Ricky." Was the parrot German? "Umm, is this your bird?" Now that the boy, Ricky, she presumed, was starring at her, she noticed that he was surprisingly handsome. "Yes, Professor Pericles, actually." "Oh, that's...a name. I'm Cassidy." "Ricky. I haven't seen you around before." "No, I just moved. Do you know where room 208 is, by any chance?" "That's where I'm going, come on. Cassidy."
