Ah yes! You want to know how to do it? Well first you'll need to make a script. Whats a script you may ask? Well its when you can control what happens, first you need to script where your going! For ex:

Then you need to script some stuff like a name, age, outfits, hair color, eye color, etc! (It doesn't have to fit your exact description it can be an OC!). You NEED to script you cant get trauma and you cant feel pain! ESPECIALLY IF YOU SHIFT TO: ks, aot, dr, blood c, madoka magia, etc Then you need an safe word that'll take you back to your dr! For ex: "spaghetti" and when you say that you'll go back to your cr (Current Reality. Oh and lets use short works like DR= Desired Reality, CR= Current Reality) Then you'll need a time for ex: 1 hour in my cr = 1 day in my dr. Please dont stay more them 3 days it can be very mentally draining!!
