Beep! beep! Beep! “Shut... up...ugh! Stupid bloody alarm”. Zay gets up from her bed sluggishly, going to the kitchen to make up a warm cup of coffee.”Mmm coffee, I wish I had this a long time ago”. Zay has her coffee with a piece of toast and relaxes for 5 mins so she can properly wake up. “Come on, body wake up” Zay goes to her bathroom to splash water on face and as she raises her head, she admires herself in the mirror and comes to realize she is beautiful. “I'm glad I left that place, “ Zay whispers. She has baby blue hair that lays on her shoulders like a waterfall flowing mildly on her soft white skin. Her eyes twinkled like stars in the dark void of space. Zay’s not your average girl.
Zay wearing a coat and heels, rushes out the door. Leaving with her keys in one hand and her handbag in the other. She walks to work realizing that she's a little early so she slows down to take time to feel the sunlights soft touch on her skin and the soft breeze of the wind on her face. Zay reaches her destination. “Zay you’re here on time like usual” Mia said. Zay smiles; presenting her pearly white teeth and then pokes her tongue out at Mia. “ Well, of course, I'm here, gotta get those good marks from the boss”, Zay replies. “ Ha no, you want more than that Zay” Mia looks at Zay with a dirty childish grin. “ Whatever do you mean,” Zay says back, showing a goofy look. “Well gotta do some work Zay, if you want to talk more about your little plan with the boss you know where to find me”. Mia looks at Zay with a smirk. “ Hey, I am not planning on doing anything with the big boss, just being kind Mia”. Zay replies with a grumpy child-like face. Zay at her computer works for hours on end, she finally finishes, “Done.” Zay walks up to her bosses office and knocks twice. “ Come in”. Zay opens the door and walks in smiling. “I finished my piece sir, can you please look over it?”, “Ah yes send it through, oh and stop calling me Sir, it’s Noah”. With Noah's deep husky voice and heaven-like looks leaves desire. Admiring Noah, Zay notices his mesmerising ocean blue eyes and his thick and lustrous brown hair. Noah looks at Zay with a small smirk. Inside her head, Zay questions herself “ what are you doing, Zay? He's your boss.” She moves out of the office, feeling warm emotions she has never felt before. She runs to the bathroom and sits on the toilet thinking about what just happened. Zay’s memories of her past come flashing back to her. Zay begins to question why she left her home, why she ran away... but Zay then realizes it was all to find out what love means. Buzz…Buzz… Zay feels her phone vibrates from within her pocket and snaps her out from her thoughts. “Hello….” “Zay where are you? You've been gone for 30 mins.“ Mia questions in worry.” Hey...hey I’m okay something just happened with Noah and I got very heated and needed time to breath”, Zay explains. “Ooooh what happened little love bird, are you gonna ask him out?” “Mia! I mean… I don't know because you know he’s our boss and that's a risky move”. “Just don't get caught Zay,”, “I'll come and talk to you about it since I finished my pieces for today,” Zay says confidently. “Okay, Zay sees you in 10.”
Zay rushes to find Mia but within seconds of leaving the bathrooms, she sees Noah coming towards her. Zay panics and tries to avoid eye contact but accidentally bumps into him. “Oh, I’m so sorry Sir”. Zay's face turns to a strawberry pink tone. Zay looks up to see Noah looking into her eyes. “Zay are you okay? are you hurt?”, “ I’m...um sorry sir”, “Hey, Zay what have I told you about saying sir, use my real name”. Noah says in a low soft voice. “But... Noah you’re my boss and well this isn't right”, Zay explains. ‘‘Noah I have secrets you couldn't even understand, and we both know that us being like this won't end well”. “But Zay... I just can’t help it, You're just so beautiful and I just want to kiss your soft lips so much”. Before I knew it Noah kissed me. As his lips reached mine I felt the world melt away. It was slow and soft, comforting in ways that words couldn't describe. His hand rested below her ear, his thumb caressing her cheek as their lips mingled. Zays skin began to glow, her hair began to float and the soft touch of Noah's hand running down her back showed Zay’s true form. Zay knew what was happening was wrong but she couldn't help but feel his warmth against her. His touch made her feel something real. His breath against her skin felt right. As they both opened their eyes, Zays skin became normal again. “Zay be mine”, “what I...I... Can’t Noah, I have so many things that you don’t understand”. Zay anxiously states. Noah looks at her with a bright smile. “ Zay I already know”, “Know what?'' Noah whispers into her ear. “ I know you're not from here”. Zay moves away from Noah and looks into his eyes knowing he is telling the truth but... how? “How does he know about me and not be scared?”. Zay thinks to herself, wondering how he knew. “ I knew from the very beginning Zay.” Noah says with his smile still shining. Zays eyes grow big and remembers what happened when she fell to earth.
3 years ago, Zay was living her own life but she felt rather sad being on a planet with no love. While Zay was strolling about, she came across an old rusted space ship floating near her planet. Her curiosity took over and she decided to go and investigate. Zay wonders into the spaceship and finds an unusual amount of things she's never seen before. Zay came along a soft cover book, Zay was unsure of what it was at first since all of this was quite unusual. This was a romantic novel about a young man and woman who fell in love, she craved for him and he craved for her and wanted nothing but each other. Zay grew rather confused about this, she did not know what love was until she read more into the book. Her planet had families and happiness but they never loved each other. She was next in line to procreate but Zay refused to do so. Zay knew she had to leave but she didn’t know where to go. She wanders upon her home to find the control room; it was the only way she would be able to escape this loveless planet. Zay needed to find other planets where love might be possible, she needed to know what the options were and what was hidden away from everyone. Zay found the control panel and looked for a suitable planet for her to live on.Earth is what was displayed when she typed the letters L, O, V, E. Zay heard graduates coming behind her, she ran till she fell upon an aircraft and ran away from home. She didn't want to be controlled by anyone but herself. Zay flew through space till the point of abandonment, she fell to earth and recreated her life there.
It’s been two years since that day, she's lived happily and no one from her planet has known she was gone. Zay had a job interview for a journalism job with a man. Zay was still learning about controlling her powers, Zay would float instead of walk but no one noticed until Noah. “I know you're not from here”. Noah whispers in her ear. Zay looked scared, she remembered her past self being unable to control her powers and thought no one saw her. “ Please don't hurt me Noah,” Zay says softly, “ I’m not gonna say anything or do anything, I told you I love you”, “ but why Noah, Why would you love someone like me?”. Noah whispers into her ear,“ You’re amazing, outstanding and you’re not any different from the rest of us… Zay I Love you please be mine?”, “ Yes Noah i’ll be yours”. Zay kisses him and sees herself in the past relizesing without that book she found, she would have never found the love of her life.
