Right here, right now
Denki walked into the bar. It wasn't the nicest place, but what did he expect? This was a villain bar, it wasn't meant to be nice.
Denki sat at the counter with observant eyes. He scanned the room, recognizing a few of the people in the bar. Often he liked to go into underground gathering places to gather information. His parents had expectations that he couldn't fail. The Kaminari's had a reputation to keep.
Observant gold eyes met ruby eyes full of rage. Not anger at Denki, but at the world. Denki smirked, he would keep an eye on the man. Maybe he would have something Denki could report.
"What's a kid like you doing in a bar like this?"
Denki turned to see ruby eyes behind him. The man had been the one to speak.
"I could ask the same," Denki paused," Shigaraki Tomura?"
"Kaminari Denki," Shigaraki smiled," wonderful."
I put the offer out
"I've wanted to talk to you," Shigaraki said," meet the famous Kaminari kid."
"Oh? And why's that?" Denki was curious. He hadn't heard anything other than the name Shigaraki Tomura.
"I'm starting a group," Shigaraki responded," the League of Villains. But I could use some help, and some people."
Denki raised an eyebrow," you're after the name Kaminari, nothing else. I don't get the point in helping someone who just needs the name. Besides why would I help you? I don't even know what your plan is."
Shigaraki nodded," I admit that I do what the name Kaminari. All the other NPC's will listen if I get a big name. As for what I want?" He smiled," I want to destroy Hero Society. Show that it isn't what people think it is."
I don't want to chase you down
I know you see it
"It almost sounds like you planned everything you're saying," Denki said, narrowing his eyes," you've planned this for awhile. Not getting me on your side, but getting a big name."
"I didn't want to find someone," Shigaraki admitted," I wanted someone to find us. But now you're here and I don't plan to waste this opportunity. After all, I think you know what I'm getting at."
Denki sighed. He did know what Shigaraki meant. His ruby eyes held rage and knowledge. Betrayal that has flames into more. Denki knew that he was more guarded. His gold eyes held secrets, not allowing others to see how he felt.
Everything that Shigaraki stood for Denki could understand. Hero Society was corrupt. It was dangerous.
You run with me
And I can cut you free
Out of the drudgery and walls you keep in
"I'm glad it was you who stumbled into the bar," Shigaraki said, surprising Denki," you don't live a typical villain life. Even though your parents are a big name you don't acknowledge that fact."
Denki nodded," my parents may have trained me but I don't work for them. I do jobs for them because I'm a Kaminari, but no other reason."
That wasn't completely true. Sure Denki had freedom on majority of his jobs, but he wasn't free from his parents. They always expected reports and information from him. Otherwise there would be consequences. Denki really didn't want to deal with the consequences of disobeying his parents.
"If you run with us," Shigaraki started," then we can help you. Protect you from your parents. You could be free."
Denki chuckled. "And what if I like what I have?"
