Mad City!

Chapter 1

November White quietly waited for the train to arrive. Her  elbow length hair blew in the wind causing it to smack her in the face.  She quickly tied it into a sloppy ponytail as the train arrived.  
 
She was making her way back form visiting her farther at the Mad City Prison. Yes her farther was a prisoner, but not just any prisoner a villain. November's farther one of the two villains in Mad City, Raven. 

November sighed as she put her ear pods in and listened to the news.

"It appears are beloved hero team has stopped another criminal form another crime." Said the news reporter "Lets speak to one now....If they have the time.  Vanta!"

November's smile lit up as Vanta's face showed on the screen. What was there not to love about her, She was pretty, she could turn invisible, she could shoot dark energy blast, and she was one of the only two girls on the team."

"Yes?" she said flipping her hair.

The new reporter smiled, "Could you please tell us about the crime?" 

"I would be delighted! So it all started with us in are HQ.  like always everyone was waiting for the next crime.  Proton was practicing shooting his laser eyes, Hot Rod was running around the HQ,  Titan and Votron were fighting and the others were just working out. When the alarm went on and,"

Just the as Vanta was telling the story Hot Rod zipped in with his super speed.

"What is it." Said Vanta "I was telling a story." 

"Titan just got some info, some criminals were are about to rob the train." Said Hot Rod a million miles an hour.

November turned off her phone. "That was live, and this is the only train in the city." 

Just the the side of the train blew up and three criminals stepped out of the shadows.

The one in the middle looked like the leader, "You two grab  as much as you can before the heros arrive. I'll make sure NO ONE MOVES." He said lighting a cigar.

Just then everyone heard a quiet voice "Smoking is bad for you," Everyone turned around and saw a little girl. Her lips were trembling, "I learned about in school, It can cause thirteen different types of cancer. 

"I don't care!" Said the man coughing and hacking.

"Boy you must be pretty foolish to be a criminal and smoke." Said the little girl.

"SHUT YOU TRAP!" said the man as he was about to  pulled the trigger on his gun. Just then November snapped.

She kicked the gun right out of his hand and flipped him to the ground.

"Ouch." said the man.

Soon after the hero flew in "Sorry we took so long!" said Titan, "But were here now." 

They tied up the criminals and left. November leaped out of the train to follow. But she accidentally jumped at least twenty feet high.

"That's....New! But kind of fun!"November thought as she made her way towards the hero's  tower.

Back at the tower the hero laughed "I sure showed those thugs at the bank!" Said Hot Rod opening a can of  soda.

"What do you mean I!?" yelled Inferno. 

"Chill you know what he means." Said Frost bite patting Inferno's head.

"I still can't tell how ya'll are twins."  Said Proton

"Why?" Asked Frost Bite.

"One, your powers Ice and his power is fire. Two, you are SUPER chill and Inferno is, um...well.....Not chill."

Titan laughed as Inferno tackled Proton. "Wait whats that?" said Titan as he saw a green line bouncing up and down. Then as the light bounced back it grabbed onto the side of the tower.

"Intruder close the wall!" Screamed Hot Rod hiding  behind Inferno. "Get off of me!" He yelled

"Wait don't close it!" she said "I'm November form the train!"

"You mean the five year old?" said Vanta "Good speech about smoking."

November frowned as she pulled herself up. " hey I know I'm short but I  am about 99% positive were the same age."

Voltron  walked up to her and bent down. "Yeah your short!"

"Look I came to talk to you about something."

Voltron stopped "Oh, then what is it?"

"You see when I was at the train this little girl was about to git shot right then out of the blank i rushed in and kicked the gun out of his hand. I felt faster but not as fast as you Hot Rod. Then I went to jump out of the train to follow you but the I jumped super high. I've never done anything like  that."

"Huh." Said Titan "There is only one explanation for this. It appears you have, powers!"
