The fault in our stars 2: After the fault

So it was Gus

After that night we hung out for a long time. After that I thought I would go back to support group because I didn't think it would be depressing. So the next day i went to support group and I saw Joe. Of course I sat beside him and we talked afterward.I asked him,

"So why are you here?"

"Um well I had brain cancer."
He said with a little bit of hesitation not looking at me.
"Nothing too serious."

"Oh" I said "So how long have you been coming to support group?"

"About 3 weeks now" he said with a smile.

Then there was kind of an awkward silence. Of corse though he asked me if I wanted to get something to eat with him and of corse I said yes so then we went to Fat Patty's. Then he took me to his house and I met his parents. I stayed and ate dinner with his family.Then after dinner he took me to his room and we played video games then he showed me all of his trophies from playing basketball.Then I saw a picture of him and Gus or what I thought was Gus. I wasn't sure so I asked him

"Who is that with you?" I said in a confused and wondering voice.

"Oh him he is an old friend of mine named Agustus Waters I called him Gus for short, but he died from bone cancer a little while back." he said in a sad voice.

So it was Gus!!
