"How could you not tell me!" I said in a dramatic tone sarcastically putting my hand on my heart. Noah chuckled and she just blushed a little.

"I didn't get the chance to tell you" she whispered shyly looking at her feet.

"Spill it" I demanded sitting on the island.

"Okay so i- " abby started but got cut off by the door bell ringing, i sighed as i was way too excited to hear the story , she just smiled sheepishly.

"I will get it" i smiled weakly and walked towards the door, opening it to be greeted by Jaden. Im still kinda mad at him for avoiding me yesterday but I can't stay mad at him yk? How can I ? When he's that cute. Ugh I slapped my head mentally cutting myself from these thoughts.

"Hey" I greeted him cheerfully.

"Hi milly!" He said before engulfing me into a huge hug, i felt a slight sense of needing from this hug, as if he needed this hug and I obviously needed it as well. We stood there in each other's arms for a solid minute before eventually pulling away.

"Im sorry for what happened yesterday" he said and I felt his genuine feeling of guilt.

"It's fine, it's not your fault" I smiled weakly before moving out of the doorway to let him pass.

"I mean I could have warned you before" he said walking inside but still his eyes focused on me.

"It's okay let's just move past it" i said as we both walked inside. We walked into the kitchen and for some reason the two were eating each other's faces. I cleared my throat as for a sign that we're standing right at the doorway awkwardly waiting for them to finish what they're doing. As they heard my sign their heads snapped towards us and Abby's face heated up immediately, couldn't blame her really.

"I hope we didn't interrupt you guys" jaden chuckled making his way to the island chair. They didn't respond instead noah sent him a glare.

"Geeez! I just left for two minutes imagine if i left for 30 minutes You would probably get her pregnant" I chuckled and now im the one who got a glare not from one but from both of them, and jaden just burst out laughing.

"Ha ha funny" abby snapped.

"Chill women! I was just joking" I chuckled and she just smiled shyly, i succeeded in lightening up the mood.

"Anyways my ears are waiting for your symphony" i said seating myself next to jaden.

"Wait you sing?!" Jaden asked confused pointing at abby.

"Nooo dumbass" I laughed as well as they both did , it took a while before I calmed down and explained to him " they started dating and didn't tell me how or when" I said sending both of them death glares.

"Ohhhh i seee" he chuckled.

"Well.... basically he asked me to be his girlfriend two days ago when you were sleeping your ass upstairs at 10 fucking pm" she said mocking me at the last part.

"Bruh i was sleepy okay?" I defended myself playfully.

"Too basic noah btw" i said pointing at him.

"Well... you yourself know that abby doesn't like huge preparations, so i just bought flowers and food" he pointed out matter-of-factly.

"Anyways im happy for you guys you deserve the best" i smiled genuinely happy for my best friends, I turned to my right to look at jaden but I think he zoned out. " right jaden?" I asked him to gain his attention.

"Oh uhh yeah yeah" he stuttered a bit.

"Do you know what are we even talking about?" I asked him trying to play with his feelings a little.
