Bad Dream

*A/N This story takes place while the gladers are making their way across the scorch. In this you're another girl from the maze. It's short and not my most detailed work but it's pretty sweet.*

     You had woken up suddenly. You were having another bad dream about the maze. You looked over and saw Newt, awake, sitting away from the fire. You walk over to him and sit down next to him.
     "What's wrong love?" he says once you're settled.
     "I just had a bad dream. Why are you up?"
     "Bad dream as well."
     You could tell he want telling me you what was really wrong and felt the need to press farther. "What's really wrong?"
     "Nothing. You need to sleep." He said defensively, trying to change the conversation.
     "So do you," you replied in a tone that implied you weren't letting this go.
     "Fine, we'll fall asleep together." He grabs you in his arms and you both fall asleep.
