"Spill the beans, boy."

Changmin told Sunwoo everything that he puzzled out since from the beginning. Sunwoo listened to every word that Changmin have said.

"What the actual fuck," Sunwoo mouthed out before leaning on the bench where him and Changmin are seated.

"Suspicious, right?" Changmin asked with a slight chuckle.

Sunwoo huffed before responding, "Very suspicious."

"But I need to find out more than that," Changmin said before letting out a heavy sigh. "I am secretly observing him and I shouldn't get myself caught because if I fuck up, he might kill me too."

Sunwoo brought up his hand on his lips and started to bit his nails while staring at nowhere. He is trying to thought about something, but he isn't lost on it.

"Before Giwook was taken away," Sunwoo began. "I was there."

Changmin cocked an eyebrow as he looked at Sunwoo.

"What do you mean that you were there?"

"I called him at midnight because I felt that I would loose him anytime. I begged for him to just let me call him until the morning, and he agreed."

Sunwoo swallowed the growing lump on his throat before speaking again.

"We talked for a bit and he fell asleep after a while because I could hear him snoring through the call. Aside from his snoring, there is a pure silence. But after a while, I heard some quiet footsteps from the other line and I'm sure that it wasn't him since he is still snoring."

"Real shit," Changmin breathed out.

"After that, I put the call onhold and immediately rushed on the way on where his dorm is. It didn't last long because the call was immediately ended by someone. Then after a few minutes, Giwook called me again. When I picked up the call, no one was speaking and I couldn't hear him snoring anymore. So, I ran quickly again and when I reached his dorm, that's when I found him hanging on for dear life."

"So, you were there before he even died?"

"Yeah," Sunwoo briefly responded.

Changmin then eyed the younger from head to toe, making Sunwoo to give him a weird look.

"I assume, you might be the suspect then?"

"Shut the fuck up, Ji Changmin."

With his long legs, Juyeon made his way upstairs of their apartment. He then made his way in front of Changmin's bedroom door.

He knocked on the door three times before lending his ear on the wooden material.

"Changmin?" he called out. "Dinner's ready."

Juyeon heard nothing inside, but only pure silence.

"Changmin?" he called out again, but still, only the silence responded.

Juyeon let out a heavy sigh before running his fingers through his hair. He then rushed downstairs to the kitchen, making Chanhee and Kevin to look at him.

"Unfortunately, Changmin is not around," Juyeon tells the two boys.

"He what?" Chanhee surprisingly asked. "He didn't even pass by the staircase."

"He's not leaving the apartment without telling us," Kevin spoke before placing four plates on the dinner table.

"Maybe he jumped off of his window," Juyeon said with a shrug.

Before the three boys could speak again, the front door of their apartment opened, revealing Changmin.

"Dude, where have you been?" Kevin asks the newly arrived boy.

"I just took a walk outside," Changmin responded after removing his shoes by the doorway.

Chanhee scoffed. "You did not even pass by here. Me and Juyeon were at the living room the whole afternoon, but we never noticed your presence."

Changmin shrugged his shoulders as he walked towards the kitchen.

"You went out on a blind date, did you?" Juyeon teases Changmin as he nudged him by the side.

"Oh, our baby Changmin is growing up," Kevin cooed.

Changmin could only roll his eyes at all of the nonsense things that his friends have said.
