You see I never thought that bumping into Alan would result in me having to meet all of his friends. And I mean all of them. Let's recap.
I woke up the next day at 5:30am. Which is the usual time I wake up to get ready for school. I definitely didn't know what was in store for that day. I was on about my normal routine and then onto the bus. My friend Re was walking towards the bus with me. After the long ride to school and talking about nothing in general we arrived at school. We entered the school like normal except this time people were staring.
" Do you have any idea why they're staring?" I asked Re cocking my head to the side.
"Nope. Hmm I'm assuming they're staring because of the fact that there is a really good looking guy staring at you at 12 O'Clock. I looked in front of me and sure enough someone was staring at me. What mattered was that it was Alan himself.
" Re that was the guy I was telling Ari about yesterday. I'll just tell you what happened. Basically I bumped into him and now he won't leave me alone." I turned around telling Re when u saw that evil smirk on Her face which meant no good.
"Whatever you're planning to do Re don't even think about it." She obviously ignored because she waved at him and smiled.
"Come on Des stop being rude and wave." She grabbed my hand and moved it so I waved at him. She then elbowed me in the ribs-which did not hurt I'm very ticklish- which caused me to smile. Let's just say that he thought I was smiling at him- which I wasn't-.
But that's when it all changed. He waved back at me but he gave me the most jaw dropping smile. It wasn't one of those smirks that most guys give you it was an actual smile. My face decided to turn the color of a tomato so I turned around and continued walking. Re said goodbye to me and I made my way towards English. English like always was boring so I spaced out like usual and I did that to about every class except lunch and health. By the time I was in health class I was exited to leave. We learning about sex and drugs and things we already should know about but some people are just stupid and don't listen.
The bell rung signalling that it was over and I grabbed my bag and left to wait for Re and Ari. I was going to ride with them but 15 minutes had passed already and they still weren't here.
"Do you need a ride?" I jumped and turned around and found Alan standing behind me.
"Jesus! Don't do that I could've died!" I looked at him and he was laughing at me.
"You should've seen your face! It was priceless!" I punched in the arm but then laughed along with him. I had to admit his laugh was pretty contagious.
"Ow, you sure know how to punch." He kept laughing which caused me to keep laughing.
"Don't laugh at me! It's not funny!" We laughed for what seemed like hours but really was only five minutes. We finally stopped and then it got awkward.
"So about that ride? Do you still want it?" I looked at him and nodded.
"Yea if you don't mind. I was supposed to get a ride from my friends but they never came." We walked over to his car and I got in the passengers side.
"About that. I kind of told them to leave. Before you say anything else I only did it so I could talk to you." He told me. I looked at him with a surprised look on my face.
"Why do you want to get to know me?"
"Not in that way. Technically I don't want to get know you- I mean I do- my friends want to get to know you. I told them a little bit about you and they thought you sounded cool so if you don't mind we are going to go visit them." I waited to see if he was going to say anything else before I told him something.
"Don't you think it would've been a good idea to just ask me?" I asked him.
"Yea but I think this idea was better."
"Sure. So who am I meeting exactly?" I looked out the window and saw we were heading the opposite direction of my house.
"You'll see when we get there. We only have a couple of minutes. Just to let you know they're kind of a lot to take in. Specially Louis."
"OK" We stayed silent for the rest of the ride until we got to the place. I looked at the place and it was just another house.
"Is this your house?" I asked him looking at the house's features.
"Yea. They all usually just hang out in my basement/room. We're pretty close friends."
"Oh okay. Well I can't wait to meet them." I smiled and got out of the car and followed him inside and downstairs to his room. I expected his friends to be watching TV or just hanging around which they were. But what I didn't expect was to see so many people it kind if looked like he was having a party. Their were at least 10 people.
"Hey guys. I brought a friend over." Everybody looked up and stopped what they were doing and stared at me.
"Hi." I waved at them.
"This is Destiny." Alan motioned to me.
"Call me Des." I told them
"Well D. This is Louis,Harry,Liam,Niall and Zayn. And this is their girlfriends Rebecca, BriAnna,Breanna,Kaylee and Lizzbeth. And then we have our good friends Lena,Jessica,Kristy and Olivia. And last but not least my best friend Cheyenne." He motioned to all of them and I smiled at all of them.
"Wow. You have a lot of friends. Hopefully you'll get to meet my two best friends from school." Alan grabbed me by the elbow and sat me down next to him on a mini couch that was close by.
"Tell us about yourself Des." I think it was Rebecca that asked me.
"Umm I'm 18 years old and I go to Woodhill high with this guy." I motioned to Alan elbowing him in the process. He smiled and nodded.
"Do you have a boyfriend?" Someone else asked.
"No not at the moment." After I answered that one question everyone smiled and then looked at me and Alan. Then I was shot with so many other questions that I thought we were playing 20 questions.
"Okay guys I think that that was enough questions asked. And its getting pretty late so I'm going to get her back home." Everyone said their goodbyes to me and I said goodbye and waved at them.
By the time he drove me he it was almost 10 PM so I was pretty exhausted.
"Thanks for the ride and it was pretty cool meeting your friends."
"No problem I'll see you at school tomorrow. Goodnight." He smiled and waved at me.
"Goodnight." I walked up to my house and I automatically fell asleep.
