Chapter 14

Mitch's POV

We started to look for the girls who were hanging out with someone new and damn can I say she was hot. She had brunette hair in a high ponytail. Her eyes seemed to be choclaty brown and she was a decent height unlike Andrea and Cloud who are on the short side. "That must be Cat" Jerome said. "Yeah lez go" I said and we made a sprint toward them. Lachlan almost tackled poor Cloud down but she didn't fall that's payoff of playing football with me and Jerome.

In the pool Cloud's POV

We splashed around in the pool for a while and played some games like toothpaste with everyone (if you don't know look it up). We were in the middle of one round when Lachlan was it and said. Colors. We all decided my color was light blue. When Lachlan came back up Mitch told him the colors. "Hmm Light Blue" Lachlan said starting to swim. I make a mad dash to the other side but he bet me. "Toothpaste" he called out. "Toothpaste" I said right after him. "Lachy won" Andrea announced. "Hey wanna get going its kinda late and it you know who's B-Day" Cat said looking at me. "Only if you come over with us" I yelled back. "Sure" Cat said and we got changed.

At da house( cause I'm lazy)

"Present time Cloudster" Cat yelled. "Cloudster?" Mitch questioned. "Yep that's my nickname on her nickname" Cat said proudly. "I wanna go first!" Andrea said more like screamed. We were all sitting around the living room. "Sure" I say as Andrea hands me a present. I go to grap my owl necklas my good kuck charm when i remember its gone lost forever. Someone took it. I open it up "NO WAY" I scream as I look in the box. Its the new set of headphones I've been wanting. "Thank you so much drea" I scream and set it down. Next I open Mitch and Jerome's gift of new skateboard wheels the light blue ones of course. Then Cat's gift a little creeper plushy. Next up is Lachy. "So what's in here" I say examining the gift. Lachlan gives me a nervous look while everyone else smiles. Then he takes his arm off my shoulders. This is suspicious I think. I open the wrapping paper it a little box. When I open it up there is a little charm of a cloud with the word Little Cloud on it and a note. I stare in awe. I open up the note.

I turn around and look at him tears filling my eyes. I lost my necklace though. Lachlan gives me a worried look and then sofficial. Holding up the necklace and taking the charm out of my hand onto the necklace and around my neck. "Thank you Lachlan" I say giving him a big hug and a peck on the cheek. We see practically dating its just not official. He knows exactly how to do it to make me smile. "But how" I say stuttering. "Well when you where getting changed this morning and I was hanging out with ya in your room I dropped my bracelet and knel down to pick it up I see him grabbing your necklace and almost freak but he explains this to me" Andrea say smirking. She probably proud because she helped my mind says. "Happy Birthday Cloud" Lachlan says.
