It was dark outside as he finally left the subway, looking up at the large building before him. The Hero Commission. It wasn't usual for him to be bounced around from time to time, he was honestly used to it. He'd been to Russia, the US, and the UK. And his name was Gabriel.

Gabriel was a French hero who worked for the Français'association gouvernementale des héros, or the French government association for heroes. He was known as Monsieur contrôle. I'll let you figure out what that means. But, never mind that. The backstory isn't that important right now. Gabriel slowly pushed through the turn-style door and entered the rather professional-looking building. Gabriel however looked far too young to be in a place like this, even with the turquoise dyed hair. To be frank, the kid was short. And he was young, only about 15. The lady at the desk pointed him in the direction of the elevator, even though the poor woman could barely understand his broken Japanese. He took it to the floor he was supposed to and could hear the conversation between his new coworkers

"Well, looks like we're working with a kid feathers." One spoke, somewhat audible through the door. After a brief pause, the other spoke. "Yeah, one from the French government on loan. I think his name is Mr. Control or something." There was a chuckle from one of them. "Well there's a pretty high probability he's behind the door listening." The door suddenly opened, leaving the teen caught off guard, by a lady who was slightly taller than him, but he recognized her from the old tapes his father would show him when he was still around. She was definitely a lot scarier in person... "Y'know, staring is kinda rude kid." She spoke with a small smirk at the teen who looked almost scared, and especially the stuttering that came after as the small child tried to find words. "S-Salut madame." He spoke. Well, now the French part made sense, especially with the strong accent that was most definitely still there. However, she couldn't understand what he was saying, as Axiom did not speak French in the slightest

Gabriel looked up at this very obviously American woman, clearing his throat before changing what language he spoke in "Hello Miss, my name is Gabriel. If you'd like you can also refer to me by my hero name." The teen spoke, his voice was still shaky and nervous. Axiom seemed rather cold compared to what he was used to. The kid wasn't really dressed for hero work, rather in a pair of sneakers, a hoodie, sweatpants. He obviously wasn't white, his curly hair up in a messy bun. He soon saw the much taller individual with giant red wings, and he felt a lump in his throat. This definitely was nerve-wracking... before Axiom moved aside as a note to invite him into the room. He entered the room,  sitting down on the floor with his legs crossed. It was odd to see his amber eyes staring back at the two of them, almost as if they glowed in the semi-dark room. It was weird... but oh well. Both Hawks and Axiom sat down as Gabriel handed them his file. It was translated into both Japanese and English for ease of use.

Name: Gabriel Allard

That was actually a lot of information compared to what Axiom had. Hardly anything was redacted, and if it was it wasn't too important. The only big thing that was redacted was his entire information on family except for his father... odd. But oh well. The French teen just gave them a smile. Everything looked like it would be okay so far, until Gabriel opened his mouth. "How many confirmed kills do you both have?" He asked. Axiom just glared at the kid, causing him to go quiet before Hawks spoke. "I'm not that kind of hero kid. Sometimes I do assassinations, but I mostly do the public kind of stuff." He replied as the teen gave a small nod. "What's your guys' quirks?" He asked, probably having a bunch of questions. Axiom didn't answer. But Hawks just gave the kid a smile. He was used to putting on that fake attitude around kids. "My quirk is well the wings, but I can control the feathers too." He watched as Gabriel's eyes lit up ever so slightly. "What about yours?" Hawks asked. Gabriel really was like a little kid. "Well I can control people's muscles and bones, tearing and breaking them apart is a specialty of mine. Although if I do it too much, I pass out on the spot." He replied with a small chuckle. "How come someone like you is a hero that young?" The bird man asked next. "Well the French government likes to have their heroes out a lot earlier, even if that means more crunch time when we're young. I started on missions for the sake of experience when I was about 11 or so." Well that seemed to answer plenty of questions. This kid was gonna be a handful...
