"I'm rooting for (Y/n)", Aang smiled at me

"Why do boys always think someone has to be the leader? I bet you wouldn't be so bossy if you kissed a girl", Katara suddenly changed the subject

"I-I've kissed a girl-you...just haven't met her", Sokka stuttered

"Who? Gran-gran? I've met Gran-gran"

"No", he said, "besides Gran-gran... Look, my instincts tell me we have a better chance of slipping through on foot and a leader has to trust his instincts"

"Okay, we'll try it your way Oh Wise Leader", I rolled my eyes

"Who knows? walking might be fun", Aang said optimistic

•••••••••••••••••••

"Walking stinks! How do people go anywhere without a flying bison?", Aang yelled as we were walking

We we're walking for like half an hour, and it was starting to annoy everyone

"I don't know Aang. Why don't you ask Sokka's instincts? They seem to know everything", Katara said

"Ha ha. Very funny", Sokka rolled his eyes

"I'm tired of carrying this pack", I sighed annoyed, "why can't Appa carry it?"

"You know who you should ask to carry it for a while? Sokka's Instincts!", Katara countered again

"That's a great idea!", I followed her game, "hey, Sokka's Instincts, would you mind-"

"Okay, okay, I get it. Look guys, I'm tired too. But the important thing is that we're same from the-", he pushed some branches from two bushed and continue walking, "-Fire...Nation..."

We had just walked right into a Fire Nation camp. When the soldiers saw us, they stared at us, surprised

"I'm starting to think we just don't have luck", I sighed

"RUN!", Sokka yelled

The soldiers leap up from the logs, swords out. One soldier takes a bender's stance and launches a fist-full of fire at us. The fire missed us, but sets the bushes behind them alight

"We're cut off!", Sokka said, his sleeve on fire

"Sokka, your shirt!", Aang pointed at the flame

Sokka started to tap his sleeve, wanting to stop the fire

The enemies came closer, surrounding us

"If you let us pass, we promise not to hurt you"

"Sokka what are you doing?", (Y/n) whispered

"Bluffing?"

The One-eyed Captain smirked

"You? Promise not to hurt us?", all soldiers laughed

That made my blood boil. Nobody should underestimate our power

I was about to attack with fire, when something hit the soldier, making him collapse on the ground

"Nice work, Sokka! How'd ya do that?", Aang asked

"Uh...instinct?", Sokka shrugged

"Look!", Katara points to somewhere above

I looked up, seeing a figure standing on the massive branch of a nearby tree. The person drops something and draws two blades from the middle of his back.. He steps off the back of the branch, his weapons held high. Instead of falling straight down, the weapons seem to catch on the branch, allowing him to sling himself in the direction of the camp. The stranger kicked some more soldiers
