My lover is a married man
There is no way I could have known
Just how lovely he would make me feel
By looking across the bow

Oh those emerald eyes, so gentle like the sea
How I only wish
That they would lovingly envelop me

If a single gaze across the bay is all that I am worth
What you have done for me is worth more than a thousand pearls
