Five hours after the incident, down in the basement area, there were two nurses making their way to the morgue. Pushing a gurney with a body on top of it.
"Crazy how only two people made it out alive of that place." The female nurse mentioned to her coworker.
"Right! And they haven't even caught the killer yet. That's going to have people scared to be out." The male nurse replied softly as they continued to the morgue.
After reaching the doors of the morgue, one of the workers stopped to enter the five-digit code to gain access inside.
"What's the code again?" The male nurse asked the woman.
"Men! You guys have bad memories! Six, two, two, forty-three." She reminded him as he pressed the buttons.
The doors of the morgue opened and the two hospital workers pushed the body on the gurney inside. From the looks of it, they were discarding somebody from the abandoned building where the killer trapped those people from earlier.
"Whatever though, this whole thing has got me mentally lost." The male worker responded casually.
Once they reached the body freezers to discard the body, the female worker unlocked the freezer and opened it.
"That's reasonable. Too bad this girl died the way she did. She could've made it out if she didn't have a heart attack." The female nurse explained honestly.
Both of them quickly pushed the body inside the freezer and closed it behind them. Shortly after, they took off their blue gloves since the body was cleanly stored away.
"Well, maybe she had high anxiety of some shit. I had an auntie almost die that way. It's sad though." The male nurse spoke softly.
"Yeah, maybe. Let's get back upstairs." The female nurse replied.
Eventually, both of the nurses began making their way back upstairs to finish their shifts. Immediately after they walked out, the doors closed behind them and locked. The room of the morgue was as quiet as a closed library. Yet, inside the body freezer, the body of the woman began to breathe again. Her eyes opened and she snatched the body sheet off of herself.
"Ughhh! The woman gasped in desperation for air.
It was pitch black inside the freezer. She began to feel around using her hands and legs. An idea forced the woman to use her feet to kick her way out of the freezer.
"Let me try this." She spoke softly.
Boom! Boom! Boom! Just after three hard kicks against the door of the body freezer, the door swung open.
"Gosh!" The girl said as she began pulling herself out of the freezer.
Her sepia-toned feet touched the ice-cold floor. The air condition was low enough to kill the germs in the room. It couldn't get any colder in the room at all.
"Woooo! Cold ass floor!" She mumbled anxiously as she rubbed her shoulders to warm herself.
The undead woman dressed in her white robe made her way past the other medical stretchers and towards the morgue's exit door. On the wall, there was a pad to push the button for the doors to open.
"I gotta get out of here." The woman continued cautiously.
Whoever this woman was, she was anxious to get out of the creepy morgue. Not even thinking about anything else! Luckily for this woman, she remembered the code the nurses used to get inside. Once the doors opened, the girl carefully made her way through the hall of the hospital.
"Probably shouldn't take the elevator. I'll take the stairs so I don't draw attention to myself." She whispered to herself quietly.
The woman began making her way up the stairs to the next level of the hospital. Seems like the stairwell was empty and quiet for the most part. Shortly after she found the door to the upper level, there was a familiar image she had seen before. Then, everything went black in an instant.

Meanwhile, at the higher level of the hospital, Jabari was just being cleared for release by the doctors. Amari was in the room by his side since they had survived the recent events of the killer and the death traps of the abandoned building.
"You're good to go, Jabari. Just be safe." The doctor mentioned clearly.
"Finally, we can leave this depressing place!" Amari said carelessly.
The nurse smiled slightly just before she left the room. Jabari stood up and started putting on fresh clothes.
"Thanks for bringing me new clothes, Amari." He told Amari politely.
Amari smiled.
"I had to buy clothes for myself too. You didn't think I was going to wear those raggedy clothes, right?" Amari mentioned to Jabari.
Amari got up to use the restroom before they decided to leave.
"Of course not." Jabari replied right before she almost closed the restroom door.
Out of nowhere, the sirens in the hospital started going off like crazy. Flashing red beams of light across the room, Jabari and Amari quickly knew it wasn't a good sign. Amari changed her mind about using the restroom just that fast.
"Fuck!" Jabari yelled disappointedly.
"We need to go." Amari insisted nervously.
"Yeah, come on." Jabari responded as they both headed towards the door.
Outside the room, the hallway of the fifth floor, there were nurses and patients in white robes running around like loose chickens in a barn. All the younger kids were crying due to the repeated sirens going off in their eardrums.
"Everybody, please stay calm! We'll get through this." One of the nurses yelled loudly.
She had no idea what was going on. Patients were terrified and the nurses had no control over any of them except the ones who couldn't walk at the time.
"What's going on?" Jabari asked the nurse.
The nurse walked over to Jabari and Amari. Through all the sirens and sounds of people screaming, it would be nearly difficult to her what she was about to say.
"From what I heard, there's an active shooter in the hospital. More than likely, the killer who is on the loose. So, the hospital is going under lockdown now. No one can leave or come in until the police resolve the situation." The nurse explained anxiously.
She was good at hiding her fear, but Amari knew she was an inch away from panicking like the rest of these people.
"Damn! We just got away from this type of shit." Amari announced strongly.
Jabari just shook his head. Then he started thinking.
Boop! Boop! The intercom speakers of the hospital came on right after the sirens were cut off. All the patients' and family members' panicking came to a sudden cease. Hearing this familiar sound unintentionally brought back the memories of the night before. Jabari and Amari glanced at each other. It was definitely the killer again.
"Attention, everyone! Please calm down and shut the hell up!" The disguised voice spoke loudly.
Even though Amari knew who the killer was behind the disguised voice, Jabari had seen her face. Yet, she was still portraying herself as a man.
"I'm only here for one thing. I'm not here to harm you...unless you get in my way. So, sit tight and this will be all over soon. Hopefully." The killer commanded before exiting the intercom.
"The cops should be here soon. They'll take care of the shooter." The nurse commented softly.
Amari placed her left hand on the shoulder of the nurse.
"Where's the nearest exit?" Amari asked her.
The nurse pointed in the direction of the exit. Jabari and Amari jogged their way to the exit leaving the floor they were currently on to make their escape before the hospital was completely lockdown.
