Confession (Akaashi x reader)

Lunch

"I see you spend it with your boyfriend didn't you?" she said while smirking

You looked at her with confusion.

"Don't play dumb Y/N! I saw you with a hot guy at the ramen restaurant last Saturday" she said

Last Saturday...

"Oh, Kuroo-kun, he's just a friend" you said shyly

"Hmm, a friend I see, but honestly he's so hot" she said with sparkle in her eyes

"Yes he is, wait you're in the ramen restaurant that day too!?" you asked

"Yesss, but I left immediately because I have to do something. I was planning to talk to you but I really have no time TvT" she said

"Oh I see" you said with a smile

"OMG I'm running late, I'm gonna go to class, see you at break Y/N" she said while waving

"See you~" you said while waving back.

Your Math class started and you just stare in the air blankly not knowing what to do. The lesson is pretty easy because you review it last week. You started getting bored and decided to do some notes.

You looked at the window again. The clouds drifting in the sky, the sun shining, it's rays touching everything visible to your eyes, making it glow, the warm breeze that makes you calm and sets comfort and peace in your mind. You just relaxed for a while and forgot about everything that's happening in your surroundings.

Lunch time came. You hurriedly go to Harukas's classroom and check if she's there.

"Excuse me, Is Haruka here?" you asked

"Haruka? Oh she's doing something in the science lab, it's for the group project" a girl answered

"Okay, thank you!" you said before walking to the hallway again

You sighed, the fact that you're all alone again.

You kept walking and walking until you bump into someone.

"I'm sorry" you said. You looked up and saw Akaashi smiling at you.

"Hey Y/N!" he greeted with a smile.

"Akaashi-san!" you smiled at him

"Want to eat lunch together?" he asked

"Of course!" you said with a smile.

You both go outside and decided to eat at the bench under a tree.

You get your bento and eat it happily.

"You seem to be so happy eating" Akaashi said while smiling

"Of course I am, oh I forgot, Itadakimasu!" you said before continuing to eat.

Akaashi smiles and decided to eat his lunch as well.

You can't ignore the fact that things are getting awkward, so you decided to start a conversation.

"Akaashi-san" "Y/N" you both talked at the same time. You looked at each other and started to laugh.

"You go first" you said while smiling.

"Y/N do you like someone?" he said calmly

"You choked on your food and started to laugh.

"Don't worry I don't like anyone and I have no intention to" you said while laughing.

Akaashi looked at you.

"Don't worry?" he said with a small blush in his face

You looked at him, confused until you realize what you just said. You started to blush like crazy.

'T-that's not what I meant. I-" you were cut off when you saw Akaashi giggling.

"You really are cute Y/N" he said while he giggles.

You felt your heart skipped a beat. How can he be so attractive. You can't help but smile.

"I must admit, you really look cute and attractive as well Akaashi-san" you said with a soft smile on your face.

Akaashi froze. He smirked. He leans in closer while cupping your cheeks. You felt your face get hot.

"Hmm, really? Am I really that attractive?" he asked while leaning closer

"Eh, Y-yes" you said softly.

"I'm kidding" he said while giggling "I know you're lying, I'm not attractive at all" he said

"No, you are!" you said while blushing. "You're smart, tall, good at volleyball, and you're very kind, you're the perfect guy! That's what I like about you" you said, you touched your lips, you aren't supposed to say that

Akaashi's eyes widened. He started to blush. He looks at you with a smile.

"Thank you, Y/N" he said while smiling softly

You looked at him. I think my heart just skipped a beat.
