Ch.6

Esmè sighed as she sat in the flat. She felt so alone. She just wanted her dad back and she hated it.

She wiped the tears from her eyes and sighed as she went to ring warren and frowned as she realised he had cut his phone off. She had no way of contacting him. Warren was all she had, he was her dad and her only family.

Esmè knew that she also had Mia but she knew it wasn't the same. She couldn't talk to Mia and admit what she had done, all that she wanted was her dad back and it sucked.

He was gone and she knew that she had to except the fact he was never going to come back.

Esmè felt as if she didn't matter to him, that he didn't want her anymore. He had ivy and he had a new child and he didn't want her.

Esmè sighed as she heard the buzzer as she answered it as she let Juliet in. She frowned as she saw Juliet with her. dark hair and frowned

"what's with the goth look" Esmè asked

"I fancied a change, don't you?" Juliet asked as Esmè smiled

"yeah I do, just not black" Esmè said as she walked out of the flat. Esmè knew what they had to go off and do but she knew that she had no choice. She was stuck in this.

Esmè sighed to herself as she stood in the police station. She had been questioned over dealing but Esmè knew how not to be caught and they hadn't caught her with anything, Esmè stood by reception and sighed

"when can I go?" She asked bored "when your parents or guardian comes" a police officer said

"trust me if you can find my father I'll be shocked" Esmè said as she sat on a chair on the waiting room. She sighed as she ran a hand through her hand as Sami Maalik walked through the police station.

He looked to Esmè and frowned. Sami knew he had been out on a case for the county lines that was going on and he knew Esmè was a target. She had no one at home. He walked over ver to her and smiled

"is no one coming to pick you up?" He asked as she shock her head

"no, my dad is god knows where and Mia went to London for a few nights. They think my dad might be there" she said as Sami smiled

"come on let's go" he said as she frowned

"I can go just like that" she asked as Sami looked to her and smiled

"of course" he said as they walked out of the station, Esmè looked to him and smiled as they walked out

Esmè smiled as Sami walked her back to the flat and smiled

"you know Mia will have to find out over this?" He asked as she sighed

"I know" Esmè said as Sami looked to her snd smiled "I know that they found nothing on you but I also know you are smart. You are your fathers daughter and you know how not to be caught. But what you are caught up in is dangerous" Sami said as Esmè looked to him and smiled

"don't you think I know that Sami? I can't get out. I got involved in something and now I'm stuck and my dad is gone. I'm trapped" Esmè said as he grabbed her hand and smiled

"your not trapped, I promise I am going to help you" Sami said as Esmè looked to him snd smiled
