"Not much but still enough to see you dance" Kio said after laughing his ass off.

"Fuck you guys!" I chuckled before turning again to put the pans in the oven, And I could still hear them laugh.

"So what are you guys doing here?" I asked while cleaning the table.

"I invited Noah to come over and he said that these two young gentlemen wanted to come as well so I invited them" abby explained as they all entered the kitchen ,sitting down on the chairs next to the island. I nodded slightly before completing my cleaning.

"So what are you baking?" Kio smiled, he's a really nice guy and i feel comfortable around him, he basically gives me good vibes.

"A chocolate cake" I smiled before taking off my apron.

"Is it someone's birthday or sth?" Jaden asked, I chuckled shaking my head.

"It's sth abby and i always do, i bake a chocolate cake and we eat it while watching movies" I explained and they all owed in response.

"Do you want to join us?" Abby asked. The boys glanced at each other before Noah looked at me.

"I mean... we have nothing to do I guess"

"Yass" I squealed, they all had a grin on their faces and that's when an idea popped in my head, I smirked at them and they all gave me a confused expression. I walked out of the kitchen and into the guest room where i keep extra aprons. I grabbed 3 aprons and walked back into the kitchen, they all looked at the aprons in my hand and I could see a smirk growing on kio's face as well as Jaden, but Noah sighed in defense and i just completely lost it, I started laughing so hard when I remembered that one time noah tried making abby eggs and ended up dropping the eggs on the floor.

They looked at me obviously confused why i was laughing but i just shook my head before handing each one of them an apron.

"You guys are going to help me decorate the cake" I smiled before walking back to the oven to check on the cake.

"What an honor!" Jaden chuckled sarcastically, I chuckled back at him.

We talked for a while until the alarm went off, I took the cake out leaving it to cool as I started taking out the icing ingredients, i gave them all bowls to whisk the ingredients together and they did. Kio was really good at this and Jaden.... well jaden got icing all over himself like a child even tho he kinda knows how to deal with these kind of stuff, and noah had abby helping him with the ingredients, they looked really cute so I quickly grabbed my phone from the apron pocket and snapped a photo of them. I looked at Jaden who was already staring at me.

"What?" I smiled, he had icing on his face and hair  and don't even ask me how it went there.

"Nothing" he smirked.

"You have icing all over your face and on your hair" I chuckled as I grabbed a hand towel from  the kitchen island. I grabbed his face gently and started rubbing the towel on the spots were he had the icing, he licked his lips before looking at my eyes, I looked in his blue eyes and i just noticed they were way beautiful than i thought. I slowly moved the towel to the icing that he had on his hair, it was hard to take it off so i used my hands instead, he looked at me making my heart race and causing butterflies in my stomach.

I don't like him.

It can't happen.

We can't happen.

Jaden's pov

I stared into her eyes and how grey they are, it made my heart flutter. I've never felt this way when im with mads, she didn't make me feel butterflies in my stomach when i see her smile. I didn't even notice the small details about her like i did with Emily. Emily has this small dimple right under the corner of lips which appear only when she's nervous, she doesn't cry in front of everyone but i can see right through her eyes and it's more of sadness than anger but she doesn't want to show it because she doesn't want to feel or look weak. When she feels awkward she will just take out her phone and start scrolling through her photos, and soo on.

We stared into each other's eyes as she rubbed the towel against my face where the icing was, she started taking of the icing off my hair with her hand and it felt so damn good, I looked at her lips and i just felt the attraction but before I could do anything she broke the contact as if she was thinking and decided something against her well, she had her eyebrows furrowed . I looked around to see the others looking at us smirks plastered on their faces.

"What?" She snapped at them before walking out of the kitchen. I was caught off guard as why she snapped all of a sudden,I wanted to go after her but I needed to give her space.

Emily's pov

I stormed out of the kitchen and up to my room, i just can't feel this way towards him, he just got out of a relationship and i ...... im not in the right mental state for relationships right now.

But i like him.

But I can't.

I can't get hurt again.

And I can't ruin my friendship with him just because some stupid hormones. They will eventually go away, maybe because he's attractive so that's why im feeling this way. I know it's normal right?

Ughhh fuck

Before I could drown more into my thoughts i heard a knock on the door.

"Hey! are you okay?" A voice behind the door said, but I could recognize it was abby.

"Yeah yeah im fine just wanted to use the bathroom!" I yelled so she could hear me.

"Oh ummm okay then" she said.

Of course she didn't buy that.

Im not even a good liar and they all know that.
