A faint sound of a door bell rang throughout the house.

"Who could that be?", thought Y/N. There wasn't usually anyone who visited us. There was only Y/N and her boyfriend, James. So there weren't many visitors. She rushed down stairs to open the door, she didn't mind since she was about to go out to do some errands anyways. Something caught her eye on the way down, a hair tie? "How can I help y-", Y/N gets cut off midway. Her eyes open wide. The person standing in front of her is someone she hasn't seen in so long, basically forever. The person standing in front of her is Erwin Smith.

"... Erwin?"

"Yes Y/N, it's me"

Y/N jumped as high as she could to hug him. How long has it been since she seen Erwin, around 5 or 6 years? Erwin winces in pain, his arm is in an cast since he broke it during his time during the military. He accidentally bumps into Y/N, causing her to fall to the floor with Erwin following. They're both in an awkward position, but the fall caused a loud thud. James ran into the room seeing Erwin on top of Y/N.

"Y/N... who is this? What are you both.. doing?", James mumbled as he walked in on both of them. "It's not what it looks like I swear! This is my old friend Erwin! He just came back from the military since he's injured. Erwin this is my boyfriend, James." Y/N said. "Cmon, Erwin", Said Y/N as she dragged him past James. "Please, make yourself at home Erwin! I'd love to catch up with you and what you've been doing for the past years. Oh! Let me make you something", Y/N rushed out of the room.

Erwin tried to stop her, but she already left the room. He wanted to catch up with Y/N as well. As Erwin looked around the house, he could tell how much has changed.

A few minutes later, Y/N arrived with tea and sat down next to him. "Hope that didn't take too long", Y/N set the tray down. Erwin chuckled, "Really Y/N? You still have this? It's been years". It was tea cups they both made with Levi back when they were children.

When they were younger, Y/N, Erwin, and Levi were the bests of friends. Their houses were really close to each other, so they'd play almost every day. As high school reached and Erwin left, they started fading apart, but they still held on to those precious memories.

Y/N laughed, "I thought it'd be fitting for this occasion. It kinda is like a memory throwback". As Erwin drank his tea, He recognized this flavor. It's been a while since he had this. It was so familiar... he just couldn't put his finger on it.. was it.. Levi's? "Hey Y/N, Is this Levi's tea?", Erwin curiously asked. Y/N responded, "Oh yeah it is! I also made his tea intentionally haha. Sometimes when he comes up with new flavors for his tea shop, he sends some sample tea bags for me to try. It's honestly amazing!". Erwin was amazed. Wow.. Levi and his tea business, how much did he miss?

"Speaking about Levi, when was the last time you saw him Erwin? I feel like he misses you a lot, but he isn't the type to show it." Y/N asked out of curiosity. Erwin set down his cup, "Actually, I saw him before I came over here. Levi told me your new address, I really wanted to see you, Y/N".
Y/N was really flattered, almost even blushing. "R-Really Erwin? I missed you so much as well.. I was so scared that you wouldn't come back. The night you left, I went over to Levi's place and cried my eyes out. It was really embarrassing crying in front of Levi but, I don't regret it at all".

Around corner, James was listening to the whole conversation. He finally had enough. "Who the hell does she think she is to bring this guy into my house. Is she really trying cheat on me? Does she want to die?"
