I walk down the halls with my crutches bumping into a girl with flowers. The flowers go flying.
"I'm so sorry.I didn't mean to", I bend down awkwardly with my crutches trying to pick up the glass shards.
"No, I got it. They were cheap anyway", flower girl says with a laugh. She has wavy dark brown hair, brown eyes, and is probably my age.
"Hi. I'm Skyller."
"Jenna".
Our conversation continues and we end up chatting for hours. That girl can talk.
" I just moved here from Jordan. My dad got a job here." She says motioning to the surgery wing. "I go to Parkside."
"No way!" I exclaim. " I go there. I just haven't been there in a while. I'm a train wreck."
"Well luckily for you, I'm a shipwreck", she giggles.

I slowly make my way down the hall to my home room. I walk in to see Jenna, Alexa, Alexis, Matt, andMason in the corner of the room saving me a seat. I clink my way over to the table. I get filled in on all the latest gossip. Julia is dating Nash, Alexis is dating Cameron, and Mason is dating unicorns. Yep. Unicorns. Don't even ask. We blab and talk for all of homebase.
