Planet Earth, home to nuclear warfare, catastrophic weather, mass animal extinction and much more all offered by the hospitable human race. A planet that once thrived while living amongst its siblings in the solar system is left in shambles. The once habitable floating sphere that offered its inhabitants with fecundity is no longer the same. Humanity left as soon as they drank the last drops this ample faucet had to offer. With humans only knowing how to take, and Earth having the means to give, the ravenous children all left in search for greener pastures as soon as there was nothing left.
The majority of the species now find themselves living in space bases constructed around Earth's periphery. The wealthier bunch reside in habitable colonies in adjacent planets in attempts to replicate a mock version of life back on the blue orb, and there are the ones that live as cosmic vagabonds perusing through space in hopes to find a second Earth. The destiny of the native planet of these space settlers is now unknown, the only thing that is on their minds is their uncertain future. As planet Earth becomes a creeping shadow of their past, humanity looks onwards towards brighter sights.
