Remus x Reader (RE WRITE IN PROGRESS)

Part 1

Y/N's POV

Being a twin is fun.

Sometimes.

I am James Potter's twin sister, and also the sister he has and nobody knows about.

He never mentioned me to his friends, but I'm fine with that. I'm the antisocial type of girl. The type who would rather be in the library reading than hanging out with people.

I'm not shy, I just don't like to interact with others.

So when summer break came around and James invited his clan of idiots home, I was just standing out of the way hoping nobody noticed me.

That plan failed.

"Prongs! I never thought that you would give up on Evans! You sneaky bastard, you never introduced us to this lovely lady!" Exclaimed the guy with shaggy black hair.

Sirius Black. The school's "Bad Boy".

"I-umm no that's just gross. I'm his twin sister, Y/N. Pleasure to meet you all." I say while holding out my hand for each of the young men to shake.

"Well James over here never mentioned he has a sister. Why haven't I seen you around?" Sirius asked when we all retreated our hands.

James answered before I could.

"Well that's because she's in Slytherin and is friends with Snivellus for bloody sake! You've never seen her because she's very antisocial and-"

I cut him off.

"Thank you for that baby brother, but I can talk on my own. What he said is true, I am in Slytherin and me and Severus talk once in a while. But for the record I would be honored to be his friend." I gave a quick glare to James.

"About the antisocial part I'm just don't like talking, and would rather be reading right about now than interacting with you lot. On that note I will be up in my room. Hopefully you'll enjoy your stay."

I walked to the stairs leading to my bedroom when I hear James mumble. "Well someone's being an arse."

"James if you don't want your buddies here to "accidentally" find THE picture, your best bet is to shut up." I say in my most innocent voice.

"You wouldn't dare!" He yells. "Oh but I do dare, fleabag!" I yell back while running the rest of the way up the stairs and into my room locking it.

I hear someone say 'baby brother?' Followed by 'Shut up Padfoot! For the record she's only 20 minutes older than me.'

I hear more laughing downstairs and smile to myself knowing that James was fuming.

The rest of the day I spent locked away in my room reading.

It was very relaxing.

When dinner came around, only then did I saunter out of my room. I took a quick peak into the dining room, it was no surprise that the boys weren't there yet.

"Y/N, can you go get your brother and his friends?" My father asked. "Of course dad! Can I do it the "normal" way or the nice way?"

The normal way was to send a spider, charmed so that it yelled 'GET YO LAZY ASS UP! ITS TIME FOR BREAKFAST/DINNER',up to James' room.

He was used to it by now, but it would be funny to scare the absolute shite out of his friends.

My mother responded for him "Well since James didn't introduce you very politely this afternoon I guess you can do it your way."

"Thanks mum!"

I grab the spider and tiptoe outside James' room. I let the spider lose and helped it crawl under the door frame. Then I bolt back to the kitchen, awaiting the spider to do its thing.

A few minutes later I hear It scream what it was supposed to and a loud thump followed by more screaming.

"Y/N!!!"James bellows while someone is laughing.

Seconds later the four boys are trudging down the stairs.

Sirius is doubled over laughing, Remus is pale, and Peter is looking petrified. James is red with anger.

"Y/N! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?!"

"Mama said that it was ok! Mama said that it was quite alright!" I respond trying not to laugh and failing. (Yes I made a reference)

"MUM! WHY DID YOU LET Y/N DO THAT!" James yells.

Mum was also trying to keep a straight face.

"Well first of all you never mentioned
Y/N to these lovely gentlemen, and second of all I need to stick up for the girls, it's 5 against 2 now and that's just not fair." Mum says.

We fist pump.

Sirius came over and clapped me on the back. "I like your style Y/N! You should have seen their faces!" He said while still chuckling and pointing to Remus and Peter.

I laugh along with him. "Which one fell?" I ask.

"Oh that was Wormtail. Moony over here was the one who screamed and jumped a foot in the air. I on the other hand just flinched." He explained.

James told me what their "cool" nicknames before so I wasn't that confused.

During dinner James kept on glaring at me from across the table, to which I responded by smiling sweetly back at him.

"Mum when we were in my room there was only my bed and two more. What's that all about?" James asked.

"Well if it was four beds in your small room that would be way too crowded. We put two beds in the guest room so two out of the five can at least have company." Mother explains.

'Did I hear her correctly? Did she just include me in this mess?' I think.

"Mum did you say five?" I asked hoping that I had misheard.

"Yes five, you will be in the guest room with one of these young men." She answered.

The boys looked at each other then back to me.

"I CALL PRONGS' ROOM!" yelled Sirius and Peter (surprisingly) together.

I looked at Remus and shrugged. He's not that bad.

Remus on the other hand, looked scared. I mean, I wouldn't trust myself either.

"Well that's settled then! Y/N and Remus you will be in the guest room. I presume that you both are responsible enough for no funny business?" She questions while raising an eyebrow.

"Get your mind out of the gutter mum! Jeez!" I answer with an eye roll and go back to eating.

After dinner I offered to wash the dishes, but mother insisted that I go and get acquainted with Remus, since we'll be sharing a room for the next few weeks.

I on the other hand didn't want to talk, but to observe.

He was different, and I was sure why he had his scars, nickname, and is always missing classes during a certain time of the month. (His man period lol)

He was just like me.

A werewolf.
