All of it goes down

My second day I fell through the cold Ganymede ice. I didn't even get a week in. I have always found myself in sticky situations. Well today is the tenth of september. I was scheduled to do maintenance on the outside of the base. Specifically, base 5, it develops something for the military. I had been working on the ice around the base to get to the problem. It was said to be a hull breach due to shifting of the ice. I saw the hull was intact but was something off. As I leaned down to get a look there was a loud cracking sound. Like ice breaking. I fell through the ice as I turned around to look. I woke alone under the base as it descended in the cold waters. It was a less than comfortable way to awake. I pushed myself down and to the right. I think the airlock is that way. I had to try to push off the base a few times, but I got to the airlock. I used the keycard swiper and with a groan the chamber doors opened. It seemed roughly a half was down here. I entered into the darkness. I immediately heard walking like a boot on steel, to the right. "Who's there?" "Hello?" I pulled out my flashlight and tried to turn it on. I used my much smaller suit integrated light to light the area. I saw nothing; it was empty. No person and no disturbance of the frost on the steel ground. I think a breach caused the frost. I traveled to the auxiliary power and fired it up. It started long enough for me to get to the b wing. One of the maps showed a little explosion mark in B wing so there were some problems. Then it exploded the auxiliary power, supposed to be the most stable, exploded.I ran back as quickly as my feet could carry me. The wing was filling with water. I got to where a bulkhead would be. It is a big metal door meant to help ships not sink when the hull is damaged. The explosion and the ensuing flood tore it away. The entire structure rippled and groaned. I slipped as I was running to the next bulkhead. I saw a green spacesuit with the base five patch close the bulkhead. I was once again alone. I knew the crushing depth for the suit was coming. My suit was reinforced because during many start up periods maintenance workers fell through the ice. I swam out and up to what looked like a moonpool. It held a small submarine meant for the maintenance workers. It looks like it was meant to help bigger submarines; not that we had any. I was glad I knew how to pilot it. The course we all had to take for it was boring though. The sub was creaking and the engine struggled, it seemed neglected. It shook once more. The sub would crush as soon as my suit if I were to keep going downward into the dark. The base seemed to get smaller and smaller as I raced up from the deep. More worryingly the sub got smaller.| When I got to a safer depth, the Mariner, was too small. No repair tool could fix it. I took the uncrushed supplies. A few flares, a waterproof radio, some rations in a container, and an extra air tank. As I swam up I saw the rest of the base. One of its rooms dug into the ice and looked quite stable. The radio had a emergency broadcast going. "This is base five we were hit by what looks to be a Tsunami. We need emergency evacuation, most of the base went under! This is Commander Meg this message will now repeat." There was lots of debris around, not enough or big enough to harm the suit. When I surfaced I saw a group on a hastily constructed rocket. I lit a flare and waved it yelling "WAIT!" They launched and saw me they weren't alive long enough to try to stop the craft. It exploded roughly 20 feet off the ground. The concussive and force of a piece of falling debris knocked me out. When I woke I found what happened. A sharper piece went right through me and my suit. It was sealed well with dust, blood, and some of whatever extra sealant they use in case of puncture. I left it in for now. Just need to get to the base... It took some time. There was air in the base and the lights flickered. There were people crushed by themself and other objects were thrown around. I looked for the medbay. I was dismayed when it apparently went down with the rest of the base. I had a repair kit and I had found an emergency medkit. I closed myself in the supply closet to fix myself and my suit. The supply closet had many boxes strewn around the room. The steel shelves leaning against each other. I heard screaming...

There is something with us. Well now me. It got in during the storm. It has already killed five. Two of them were found with shrapnel in their skulls. They were the security guards. The other three were a botanist, scientist, and a maintenance worker. The maintenance worker was outside when they met their end by it. They met similar fates. so far It just makes it look like accidents. It taunts me! ME! I was forced to be away from the group as they checked the other section. It cut the supporting wires. I tried to stop it but now they're gone. Gone because it was stronger and faster than me. I chased the screaming and found nothing. I had checked the maintenance closet already. There wasn't anybody there. I got to check on the power plant because there were flickering lights...
