sophie- age:16, quirk: rumor sophie can control what people do by saying " i heard a rumor then what she wants them to do" for ex "i heard a rumor you let her go", sophie was an incredible student she had straight As and was very popular until one of the league of villains attacked her home town and she wasn't able to make them leave, this caused her town to turn on her. her parents were killed and sophie was blamed for their murder. the downside to her quirk is she must make eye contact with who she wants to control so it makes using her quirk a bit tricky in combat.
claire- age: 16, quirk: time freeze claire can freeze time for up to a minute but one time freezes she must wait 2 minutes before refreezing time, claire grew up going from foster home to foster home causing her to feel unloved. her mother died during child birth and her was killed trying to stop a villain.
