"You sure this is the right path? It's getting late, and it's freezing out." "I'm sure, Seán. I'm sure that Lana wouldn't lie about where her brother getting murdered." "Dude! Could you be more critical? We all knew her brother. At least show a little respect," Amy yelled. She had grown up with Lana and was still grieving about Tyler going missing. It just wasn't like him to suddenly disappear out of the blue like that.
"Okay, I'm sorry. Just...trying to make communication," Mark apologized. He was also curious about how a person could be on Earth one day and be missing the next. He had gone to school with Tyler, and not once had they ever talked about disappearing off the face of the Earth. "Well, you tried, and it kinda worked. I mean, we're having one, aren't we," Ethan proposed. It was true. Even though it was a bad conversation starter, it had worked.
They were all talking. He just wanted to see this so-called 'shack' that was on the outskirts of town that everyone was warning them about. But, being the troublesome, adventurous people they were, that would not stop them; if anything, that made them want to go even more. This was a dull town, and the shack was just what it needed. Some excitement. There was never anything like this. No shack that abducted people in their mid-20s. No crime happening 24/7.

"I told you guys it was here," Mark told the others. Suddenly, a siren started blaring. "Guys," Seán said."What is the alarm doing active?" "I have no clue. Last time I checked, the siren hasn't sounded since the hurricane of 1980," Ethan responded. Then, in the distance, Amy saw a silhouette of a...thing. "I can't believe it. He's real." "Can't believe what? Who's real," Seán asked worriedly. He was just as concerned about why a town would suddenly sound the siren -that hasn't worked in almost ten years- when it wasn't hurricane season. Amy pointed to where she had seen the figure. All four friends saw what she had seen: an enormous, two-headed walking siren.
It had to be at least 40 feet (12 meters) tall.
