Jack Kennedy was barely a few months into the campaign and he was already growing restless. He hadn't been home in weeks, sleep was for the weak and the last time he'd been on a real date with a woman? Don't ask.
So the moment Jacqueline Onassis walked into the campaign headquarters in Hyannis, she caught his eye. She was beautiful and alluring.
"Don't even think about it." Bobby hissed.
Jack glanced at him and smiled sweetly. "Think about what?"
"She works for you. Dad just hired her to be your press manager."
He sighed and watched as this new hire shook hands with Lem and Teddy.
"Who is she?"
Bobby sighed. "Jacqueline Onassis."
"Onassis?!?" Jack nearly jumped out of his seat.
"Lower your voice! Yes. She's the ex wife. And don't worry we already did a full background check on her."
He nodded. "Good."
"Does the fact that she's slept with Onassis take away some of the appeal?" Bobby chuckled.
Jack rolled his eyes. "Grow up and get back to work."
