A/n: All External links are the outfits I made for Emerald or any other character

A/N: Also on my original copy, links were able to be added into the content, since Wattpad doesn't allow that, I will have to rewrite certain parts to describe the scenery, of which I will do at a later time because I am tired. So expect parts to be re-written. Seeing as I have just noticed this, the story is going to be put on hold while I revise it, don't worry, it won't take long. It could take but a few days so you aren't going to have to wait a month, I'm not that cruel.

  Emerald’s P.O.V
I woke up to my watch beeping and my eyes slowly opened. Lucas had his arms wrapped around me and I was cuddled into his chest. I smiled and didn’t want to move from his warm embrace. But I had school today, so I made myself slither out of his arms. He stirred and his eyes eventually fluttered open.
“Ugh! I don’t wanna!” He said and covered his head with a pillow.
“Come on, we don’t have to go yet since I made my alarm earlier. That means that we can go to the house and change and do all that shiz there. But first, I have to say bye to my mom. Then we can leave.” I said with a smile. He peeked out, groaned and then went back to the darkness of his pillow. I laughed and walked out. My mom was downstairs watching the early morning news and I smiled as I saw her.
“Hey mom, Lucas and I have to go back to change so, I just came to say bye.” I said. She smiled sadly at me.
“My little girl is all grown up!” She said and I sighed. Here we go.
“Mom, we really need to go. I don’t have time to talk. School starts soon and we have to get ready. I’ll see you tonight at the pack house, yeah?” I said. She smiled and nodded. I smiled back and walked back upstairs. Lucas fell asleep again, so I jumped on him.
“Ahh!” He screamed. I put my hand over his mouth and shushed him.
“You’ll wake my dad up!” I said. He relaxed, knowing it was me. I pulled my hand away and just laid on him.
“Awake now?” I smirked.
“Yes, thanks to you.” He said in a very sexy morning voice. Galaxy was going wild and I had to calm her down.
“Get your clothes on, we have to go.” I said. He groaned and got up. Apparently not a morning person. Neither am I but I felt good about going to school today. Lucas put his clothes on and I couldn’t help but look at his abs. He had a six pack and Galaxy, I think, fainted. She sounded like she did anyway. She’ll be fine. He got dressed and then smirked.
“Liking the view?” He asked. I nodded and smiled. He laughed and shook his head. I walked out with Lucas trailing behind me. His keys jingled in his hand as we walked down the stairs. We reached the bottom of the stairs and I said bye to my mom.
“Bye, sweetheart. See you later at the pack house!” She said. I nodded and walked out the door. I never took my clothes off from yesterday since I didn’t have any of my clothes there. We got in his truck and I turned on the radio. He drove away from my parent’s house. It was set on a country station and I smiled, recognizing the music to Mama’s Broken Heart by Miranda Lambert. I sang along and Lucas glanced at me a couple times. I ignored him and sang on. When I finished he chuckled.
“What?” I asked.
“You’re good at singing country music too. And I think that it’s cute when you rock out to music. You block the world and just have fun.” He said. I smiled.
“Thank you.” I said and began singing along to ‘Do I’ by Luke Bryan.
Soon, we made it to the pack house. I checked the time and noticed that we still had two hours left before we had to go.
“I’ll be in my room, changing.” I said as I skipped inside with Lucas trailing behind me. He nodded and I disappeared into my room. I looked around and smiled. This is better than the room I used to have. Layla must have decorated while I was gone. She and I have the same style in decorating. So I really liked it. I walked over to the dresser and opened it. She even unpacked for me? Gee, what got into her? I’m going to have to thank her after school today. I grabbed some clothes and then stepped into my bathroom. It was beautiful also. Small but my style. I locked the door and stripped. I stepped into the shower and let the warm water hit my back.
After washing up, I stepped out and changed. I did my hair, and makeup. I put some smear free lipstick on and walked out. I grabbed some accessories and put them on. Before heading out the door, I checked to see how I looked in the mirror. I looked good. I smiled at my reflection and walked out. I usually keep my things at school since I don’t have much homework because of my nerd years. At my school, if you get A’s and do extra credit things, then you don’t have as much homework in your senior year. I, being the ex-nerd, did that. So I don’t have nearly as much homework. My school wouldn’t give us senior year if they didn’t have to. They literally could care less about the seniors because all of us just want to get out of there already. People like me wreak havoc on the school during senior year. Pulling small pranks on the staff, giving all the staff attitude and most of them look to get expelled. If you are expelled then it does go on your record. But that’s for the humans. Not the werewolves. The werewolves don’t really need the education from senior year because, well, there is no education in senior year. But it would still be bad if it were to go on our record. So we just use our abilities to talk them out of it. Our abilities, so I call them, are basically scaring the principal to not put it on our record or we talk to one of the werewolf teachers here. Yes, there are werewolf teachers her, but the principal isn’t a werewolf. She is a human. And is easy to manipulate. I wasn’t going to do anything just yet to the school. I was going to let it die down and then I was going to bring it back up again. Maybe I will get a nickname at the school.
Okay, enough of that. I walked down the stairs and Lucas whistled as he saw me.
“Please, I dressed hotter than this the first day of school.” I said. He smirked.
“Trust me, I know.” He said. I smiled and rolled my eyes. Christy wasn’t up yet so I decided to take breakfast into my own hands. Breakfast for the whole pack? I can do it.
“You are cooking? For the whole pack?” Lucas asked as I dug some food out of the fridge and set it on the counter.
“Yep. I think I can handle it.” I said. Then I started to cook for the pack. Aka the bottomless pits.
After cooking for about an hour, I was through. Breakfast for the whole pack. As soon as the clink of the last plate sitting on the dining table sounded, everyone from my pack came running down the steps.
“Oh my god, what is that? It smells delicious! Thanks, Christy!” Colt said not looking at the one who cooked it.
“It wasn’t me.” Christy said as she walked down the steps. Everyone looked at her confused and I slowly slid down behind the counter. Christy caught me though.
“Emerald, did you take my spot as Luna already? I didn’t know that you could cook for all of these pigs!” she said. I stayed hidden until Lucas dragged me out. I dug my nails into the tile and tried to stay there. Of course it didn’t work. He pulled me up and everyone looked at me with wide eyes.
“This is amazing! I didn’t know you could cook so well!” Ryan said smiling and then shoving food down his mouth. I could feel the heat in my cheeks and I looked down. Avoiding the embarrassment. Everyone laughed and I knew then that I failed miserably. I ignored them and shook myself free from Lucas. I sat down and began to eat. In about 10 minutes, I was done. For some reason, I wasn’t that hungry. I guess that dinner last night filled me. I looked at my watch and sighed. We have to go now.
“Lucas, we have to go. I’ll go see if Layla is ready.” I said standing up.
“Oh, Layla won’t be going today. She doesn’t feel well.” Christy said. I frowned but nodded.
“Okay, I’ll go get Cade then. Everyone, should I wake him up nicely or should I do something that will make you all laugh?” I asked. Everyone chose the second one and I smiled.
“Be right back.” I said. I walked up the stairs. The quiet snores coming from his room told me that he was still asleep. I rolled my eyes. I didn’t bother to knock, I just walked in. He was tangled in his sheets and one arm was hanging off the side of the bed. I smirked.
“I LOVE YOU, CADE!” I screamed and jumped on him.
“EMERALD, LEAVE ME ALONE!” He yelled. I rolled over and smiled innocently.
“But I love you.” I said. He groaned loudly and put a pillow over his head. I ripped it off.
“SCHOOL! WE HAVE SCHOOL!” I yelled. He groaned and got up. He quickly put some clothes on and I smiled. He glared at me.
“I LOVE YOU, BIG BROTHER!” I yelled and jumped on his back.
“EMERALD, GET OFF!” He yelled and threw me off. He started to speed walk out of the door. I chased after him.
“BUT I LOVE YOU!” I yelled. He picked his pace up and so did I.
“LEAVE ME ALONE!” He yelled.
“YOU CAN’T GET RID OF ME! I’M YOUR RIDE!” I yelled.
“OH MY GOD! I WILL WALK IF I HAVE TO!”
“BUT I LOVE YOU, CADE!” I yelled.
“LEAVE ME ALONE!!!” he yelled as he ran out the front door, me following him.
“GET BACK HERE AND LET ME LOVE YOU!” I yelled and ran after him. He got in my jeep and I smiled.
“Do you love me?” I asked.
“Sadly, I have no choice to love you. So, as much as it hurts me physically and mentally, I have no choice but to love you.” He said, sighing at the end. Through the whole thing, the house was erupting with laughter. I called for Lucas and he came out smiling. I smiled and got in the driver’s seat. Lucas joined me and then turned the radio on. Music started blaring and I sang along to it while I drove away from the house.
We got to school and Lucas looked at me. He winked and I gave him a confused face.
“What?” I asked.
“Today is the first day that everyone sees us together. Oh and my dad got the principal to change my classes. I am with you in all of them.” He said with a smug smile. Cade gagged and got out of the car.
“You guys are so sappy, it’s disgusting.” He said. Lucas growled and I put my hand on his chest to hold him back. He calmed down and sat back down.
“Come on. I need to go get my stuff.” I said and got out. He nodded and got out. He ran around the car and grabbed my hand. I smiled and we walked through the parking lot, getting lots of stares. I ignored them and we walked to my locker.
“Don’t you need to go get your stuff?” I asked while pulling my bag out. He shrugged.
“I’ll wait for you and then we can go get my stuff.” He said. I nodded and grabbed everything I needed. We walked to his locker hand in hand. Everyone whispered to each other about us and I smirked. Once he got everything, we just hung out next to his locker. Everyone watched us and wondered about us. Lucas pulled our hands up and kissed the back of my hand. He did it to confirm everyone’s suspicion, I think. I smiled and kissed his cheek. He smiled at me. A girl came up to us and smiled. So much smiling today!
“You two are so cute together!” she said shyly. She looked younger than me. Probably a junior or freshman.
“Thanks, doll.” I said. She smiled and walked away.
“Does that happen a lot?” Lucas asked. I shrugged and he chuckled. Sara walked by and glared at me. I smiled at her and waved. She looked shocked and walked away quickly. Lucas and I laughed as Cade walked up to us.
“Can I be around you guys and you not be all over each other?” he asked. I laughed and nodded.
“Whatever. You don’t have to worry about me. Because I love you, big brother.” I smirked.
“Don’t start this shit again, Emerald. You know that I have the same classes as Lucas so I have to put up with you all day.” He said. I smiled.
“Will you carry me to class?” I asked. He shook his head.
“Too late!” I said and jumped on his back. He wasn’t wearing a backpack because no one really carries a backpack around. Just hold their books in their hand. He sighed but eventually laughed. I smiled and rested my head on his shoulder.
“To the classroom!” I said. Lucas laughed and Cade started to walk. People gave us strange looks and I just smiled and waved. Kindness kills is what my mother always told me and it really does.
Once we got to the classroom, I got down and walked in. The teacher smiled at me as I sat down in the back. Mrs. Myers is my favorite teacher and we were always on good terms. She was in my pack also. She walked over to Lucas, Cade and I.
“Cade, tell your sister you love her. She loves you very much, is what I learned this morning.” She said. I chuckled.
“You saw that too?” he said. She nodded.
“Now tell her.” She commanded.
“I love you, Emerald.” He said quietly with a frown on his face.
“I love you too, Cade!” I said with a smile. She chuckled and walked back to her desk.
*skipping to lunch*
Lucas and I were in the lunchroom and I heard him curse under his breath.
“I forgot my money in my locker, I’ll be right back.” He said. I nodded and he walked away. I got my food and went to sit down with Cade and some other people from the pack. I looked around and noticed that Sara wasn’t here but her crew was and they were smirking at me. Hmm. Out of nowhere, I felt something tug at me. It was as if gravity was telling me to go somewhere.
Emerald! Come here! I need you! Lucas’ voice echoed in my head and I shot up, earning looks from everyone. I ignored them and walked out of the lunchroom. I walked to Lucas’ locker and when I turned the corner I saw it. Sara was all over Lucas and he was pushing her away telling her ‘no’ over and over again. No more Mr. Nice guy. I am totally going to get expelled after this. She will never see daylight again, if I have anything to do with it. Which I will.
