This was going to be a terrible day,one of those days when it's best to stay in bed because everything is going to turn out bad. But I could not just sit around all day,I had to do something. So I got up and decided to go and make myself some breakfast. I went to turn the stove on so I could cook my eggs and bacon but there was no power. But you see I live in a lighthouse so I go and try to turn the extra power on. The only thing is is that it is outside. So I geared up with my rain stuff and opened the door as soon as I opened it. A gust of wind hit me.

The gust of wind threw me back inside and slammed the door shut. So I tried again I opened the door but this time successfully. I stepped outside as soon as I do I instantly regret it as I was whipped with sharp wind and rain. But I carried on,I made it half way to the power supply when all of a sudden. The wind flings me towards the rocky jagged cliffs. I try to push against the wind but to no avail I get flung over the side of the cliff.

But I managed to grab the side of the cliff as I do so I feel the claps of the waves on my back. I tried to climb back up but I couldn't. I keep trying but I start to get weak and my hands slips. I plum it towards the ocean. As I hit the sea it feels like 100 knives are stabbing me but I decided to try and swim to shore. I push against the waves but they push back ten times harder. Somehow I manage to get to a calm bit in the ocean even though it is still raining the waves are calmer than they were before.

I got to tired to swim anymore so I decided to float on my back. I lay there for what feels like hours thinking about random stuff as I try to gain back my energy. But I fail to do so. I just lay there thinking if I will survive or die. It is starting to become dark which means there is less chance of anyone finding me. The morning time rolls around and I am still laying here trying not to die. All of a sudden I hear a helicopter in the sky.

I try to get there attention but I don't think it worked as they flew away so I lay there for what feels like several minutes until I hear another helicopter. This time it was a rescue helicopter at the moment of realisation I sigh in relief. They lower the ladder down and these two men come down and clipped me to a rope that hoisted me up. Once I am in the helicopter I start crying in disbelief that I was alive. They asked me a bunch of questions while on the way to the hospital like how long where you out there for?, what is your name?, what is your age?, questions like that.

We arrive at the hospital they do a check up to make sure I didn't inhale any water. They held me there for five hours then released me. I went back home to the light house and it was lovely and sunny. But I decided to move and never to return again.
