**This story is all about finding yourself, love, making mistakes, learning from them, forgiveness, and most of all, new beginnings**

"Oh God, put that in a ponytail, please?" Danielle Sparks blurted out teasing her best friend of four years, Sadie Free. She pointed to the frizzed up mess in the mirror as she sorted out the bags and bags of clothing they had  brought back from the boutiques getting Sadie ready for big move.

Sadie died out laughing, then she quickly remembered that tomorrow she would be on a plane, riding first class to the start of her "new" life at Cambridge Prep. This made her even more happy for most people the thought of leaving their life of popularity and hot boyfriends was terrifying, but this is just what Sadie needed. After all the shit she has been through this eight grade year she couldn't see herself missing any of it.

"Wipe that pout off your face evrything's going to be fine, your hot, that's all that matters in middle school, anyways." Daniellewas dead serious, and her deep brown hair complimented her tan brown skin.

Sadie envied her friend for all her problems being so shallow and bobble head stupid, and wished she could go back to those days.

"Like I care, I know I'm hot, don't be silly I'm only going here because I deserve something better than this small town in Texas full of hobos!" She spat taking her anger out on her friend. This made her feel horrible inside, but she wasn't going to let anyone talk about what was going on inside her.

"Aww, Sadie Seriously," Danielle asked running her hands through her side-swept bangs exasperated "I thought we got pass all this crap yesterday." She took a seat in one of Sadies fluffy feeling chairs.

This really pissed her off, not the chair, but having to remember what happened yesterday.  The day she sobbed like a pussy in front of everyone had a total meltdown because it hurt feeling that all the stuff she did she couldn't take it back, and that was who she was, and she was alone. Then wincing at the reminder of what she did to herself, the cut of the cross in her hand, she snapped back to reality.

"What are you even talking about, just hush!" She shrieked with alot of power for a small ex- cheerleader.

Danielle looked her friend in the eye, "You know you don't have to be like this with me. I'm your friend I understand, and I know you. I also know that when you treat the people you love like crap, it's not you, its cause your hurting." This was the most serious Danielle had ever been.

Sadie's blonde hair hung in her eyes. She fought back the tears, hating feeling this way.

"Okay well whatever." quickly changing the subject "Which Conditioner should I use Macadamia Nut Oil or Ojon?" She inquired cocking her head to the right.

"Macadamia Nut for sure, Ojon smells like cigarettes and poop!" Danielle replied shaking her head in disgust.

Just then Sadie's phone dinged. It was Trevor her newest boy toy probably calling her to take her back after the third time she cheated on him. From the corner of her eye Sadie could see Danielle rolling her eyes when she picked up the phone.

"Hullo." Sadie asked impatiently.

"Yeah, hey." He responded nervously laughing.

"Yup." Sadie put emphasis on the p.

"Look, I know we have had this conversation a bunch, but I'm tired of it. You either want me or you don't. I deserve better then your drama and your lies, okay, you just need to get yourself together." His voice was flat, but cold, piercing Sadie's heart, this is not what she expected at all.

"Trevor, you don't mean that." She said trying to flirt her way out of it.

"Yes. I. Do."

"But you know that's the way I am. You love me, and... and I'm the only girl for you, were gonna get through this, right?" She desperately need him to agree.

"No, just stop it with the manipulation, it's not gonna work!" He's starting to get pissed.

"But you said you understood me, and you would work through all my crap!" Tears were welling up in her ocean blue eyes.

"Yeah, but all this it's just to much, were over." He whispered the last part.

"Trevor, please!" She screams into the phone.

"Look, your gonna be leaving tomorrow anyways, and it's for the best,  I gotta go, bye."

The line went dead.

But, I love you she wanted to scream.

Well, too late.
