CHAPTER 1 INTRODUCTION

Saarya's POV

i woke up and went to freshen up. today, the college result will arrive to see if i got admitted in that college or not. I was damn excited. this is one of the most prestigious in my country and i really want to go in it as it offers my favorite course which is rare in India and only a few colleges offer them

i went down to the dining table and hugged my mom and dad and sat next to my siblings "good morninggggg."  my dad smiled and my mom passed me a plate of breakfast saying "morning. you do remember right that today your college admission results come in!?"

"yes maa. i remember. im so excited and so nervous....." i said fiddling with my hands. "don't be beta, you'll do great!! I'm sure of it." my dad said. "don't worry saaru... you'll do great and we all know it. you have nailed every single thing you've done and you will be successful in this too." My  bhabhi said coming out of the kitchen with a plate of steaming hot and drool-worthy paranthas. 

"Thanks bhabhi but you know na how nervous i can get with these things...."  i said smilingly. "we know, now eat your breakfast quickly before it gets cold. and then we both will go to the bookstore. finish quickly" bhabhi said to distract me and sat down to eat. we finished our food chattering and laughing and then i went back to my room.  

i entered the room and opened my laptop. i opened my mail to be disappointed as there was no result announced. i got ready to go to the bookstore with bhabhi. i came downstairs to see bhabhi and my sister waiting. "ready to go bhabhi? didi..?" i asked. "yes. let me just grab the water bottle and then let's go...." my sister said. 

i took the water bottle from the table and we all drove to the bookstore.  after reaching the book store, both me and bhabhi went around the bookstore trying to select the book to purchase and to have extra book accessories. we finally completed the billing after one and a half hours and headed to the cafe-bakery below the bookstore for baked goods and desserts for the family. 

after taking the stuff we headed home. i entered my room exhausted with all the walking around. i opened my laptop and checked my mailbox only to see the results out. i opened the mail and checked the result and the screen said 'ACCEPTED'. I screamed in joy and soon all my family came into my room panicked wondering what had happened. i turned my laptop screen towards them and in a flash, they were screaming in joy along with me. once we all calmed down, my mom said "ok now, lets go and have dinner and then movie night?!" "YESSSSSSS" we all screamed. we all celebrated and had the desserts we brought and made popcorn for the movie. 

movie nights in my house were very noisy and heartwarming affair. with the dim lights and comfy feeling and lots of laughter, tears, screams of excitement and disappointment and with it a lot of chatter.

as i thought about the day, thinking about all that has happened and with it all brought a big hope for the days to come. while everyone was chattering and watching the movie. looking and laughing as my bhaiya and bhabhi were chattering and arguing cutely like small kids over a silly topic, then at my mom and dad who silently held hands watching the movie and just enjoying the movie and my sister sitting on the corner of the couch, watching the movie and texting on her phone. i sat in a corner just looking at them with happiness in my eyes. but along with the happiness, something stirred inside me, a realization hit me that soon i will be going away from them and things probably wont be the same in this house. i would miss everyone and everything around here. all the chattering and all the things around here. suddenly my phone pinged indicating a mail. i opened the mail and read it.

"hey Saarya,

i know i have lost all the rights to talk to you or anything and i know you dont ever wanna talk to me or see my face but just talk to me this once please. atleast give me a chance to explain please. i really want to work it out with you. please dont go saarya. i really miss you. please unblock me and respond to my texts please.

i immediately named the mail as spam and closed my phone shut focusing on the movie. a new start is about to begin for me and i really dont want anything or anyone ruining it.
