The beginning Part 1

(Your POV)

It was silent, not to mention pitch black, but it was a comforting silence, but for some reason, you decided to get up, out of the peaceful sleep. As you opened your eyes, you heard a voice. You didn't recognize it of course, but it somehow sounded familiar.

"Y/n..,"

"Wake up."

'' You've been asleep for more than 100 years, you may seem confused, but Link needs your help, you need to aid him in his journey to save Hyrule from Calamity Gannon. At the front of the room, there is a Sheikah Slate, grab it. It'll help you to with your journey with him, good luck."

(A/N, sorry if the story is different, This is my first so, Imma change it up a bit)

You, slowly rises up from your sleeping chamber and looked  around the room, slowly stepping  out, your legs weak and wobbly, not being able to stand for over 100 years, slowly walked over to the glowing pedestal and grabbed your shiekah slate, but at that time you noticed there was another stand but the sheikah slate was gone. As you walked past the door, you found some chests, one of them was already open, so you opened up the other and found some clothing in there, so you quickly put them on. You then walked up the pedestal the voice said to scan it, so you listened and did as so, then it lit up, and then the doors started to open.

As you walked through them, you shaded your eyes from the bright light that shown down until they fully adjusted, as you walked out, you looked around then you saw an old man, as he turned around and headed back to the small fire, you decided to head down to him. When you got near, you saw some apples by the fire, but they seemed... brown?

"Excuse me.. sir? May I ask what are you making?" You asked

After you asked a question, the old man looked up at you and smiled.

"Why hello there, I am making some baked apples, just get apples, then leave them by the fire until they turn soft like this." *he poked one with a stick and you smiled as you watched.

"But it seems these are my last apples." He sighed, upset as he turned the apples over so the next side can cook.

You felt bad for him, knowing that he probably won't be apple to get any more since he could get easily hurt, then you pondered for a second till you got an idea. "Hang on a sec, I'll be right back, but can I borrow this little satchel?" You pointed to a little satchel by him.

"Of course dear, take what you need, they won't be of much use to me." He softly smiled at you. You smiled back, picking up the satchel, you headed over to a nearby apple tree, and started picking some apples, adding them to the satchel. Once it was full, you closed it and went back to the old man.

"Here you are, sir, I brought you some apples." You smiled as you handed him the apples you collected from the tree.

"Thank you, dear! You are very kind, here, take these two as a thank-you." As he handed you two apples, you spoke up.

"I'm sorry if this is a weird question but, where am I? I woke up in this place called the shrine of resurrection, and I'm supposed to join this boy named Link in some sort of journey." You chuckled nervously as you scratched the back of your head. He looked up at you and smiled.

"Don't worry dear, you are in the Great Plateau, and the young boy you were talking about, went in that direction." He pointed towards the forest in the same direction where you grabbed the apples.

"Thank you! I was confused." You exclaimed happily.

"Of course dear, and I never got your name would you mind telling me?" After he asked, you realized that you never introduced yourself. You mentally kicked yourself for being rude.
