The first was one read The Losers Club EST. 1989. You all stood in a line, the beautiful scenery of the quarry behind you. You had an arm wrapped around Stan's shoulder as he held up your top half and Richie held up your legs. You remembered how hard it was to take that picture. Not only was everything making them laugh, but the camera was on a timer and that wasn't exactly the easiest pose to accomplish. Still, you did it.
The second was one titled with just one word. Richie <3. He had an arm draped over you and a coy smile on his face. The same face that Richie always adorned. You had a different smile though. It was one filled with joy. The purest of joy.
You reached your hand out and traced your finger along the thick white border. You were only 13 but you felt so much for that stupid little boy. That stupid, immature, loud-mouthed boy. There was a loud knock on your door, making you withdraw your hand.
"Come in." You called and sat in your desk chair. The door opened and your mom stepped in with a big smile.
"I have great news." She said. You smiled and turned.
"Well don't leave me on a cliffhanger. What's up?" You asked with a laugh. Her smile only grew.
"We're moving back to Derry." She said. The smile dropped from your face as the words met your ears.
"What?" You asked. She raised her eyebrows.
"You're... You're not excited? I thought you wanted to move back?" She asked. You began to stammer.
"I-I do it's just... Oh my God!" You laughed. She sighed in relief.
"For a second I thought that you didn't want to move back." She replied and placed a hand on her chest.
"Why? I thought you said you never wanted to see dad again?" You asked. Her smile faded.
"Yes, that's the other news that wasn't so thrilling. Your father... he uh... he died. That's why we get the old house back." She said. Your eyes widened as you sank back. Sure, your dad was a raging alcoholic, but at the end of the day, he was still your dad. You looked up at your mom's sad eyes. You swallowed and stood, wrapping her in a hug.
"I'm sorry, ma." You whispered. She sighed again.
"It's okay. I'm just glad we can go home." She replied. You smiled.
"Yeah. Home."

As odd as it sounds, it was so difficult for you to stay inside. You needed to stay inside because you didn't want Richie to see you before you went to school. That was when he had to see you. He couldn't see you before, or else that would ruin the moment.
It had been a week and you were officially registered at Derry High school. Today was Monday. Today was the day you would see him. You would finally be reunited with him. Not only him but with the Losers too. You'd see all your friends again. You could go the quarry like you used to and start food fights at lunch. Everything would fall into place.
You looked in the mirror and straightened out your outfit one more time. You had on jeans, paired with your best button up and your favorite pair of sneakers. You weren't usually one to dote on how you looked or what you wore, but today was special. Today, everything had to be perfect.
You swallowed and grabbed your (f/80's/b) sweater. You pulled it over your head and secured the hoodie. You didn't want anyone to recognize you. Not until the moment was right, at least. You began to walk the familiar path with a smile that had never been bigger.

The first half of the day went by in a flash. No teachers asked you to introduce yourself, no one tried talking to you, and no one even really looked at you. You almost jumped with joy when the lunch bell rang.
The cafeteria line slowly reduced as you stood, waiting for your tray. When you received it, you sighed. Whether it's Elementary, Jr. High, or High School, Derry's lunches will always be shit. You looked around subtly and a smile struck your face as you immediately found what you were looking for. In the far right corner of the room, there was a table with five people sitting.
You straightened your posture and walked over. Your presence was noticed right away, but you kept the hood secure around your face. You sat next to who you assumed was Beverly. You could feel everyone's stares on you.
"Um... Ne-New kid? You might not wanna s-sit with us. We're k-k-k-kinda the losers." A familiar voice said. You smiled.
"Haven't quite conquered that stutter yet, have you Bill?" You asked. No one said anything. You gave a light laugh and pulled off your hoodie. There were many gasps that sounded. Everyone stared, not believing that you were actually sitting in front of them.
"(Y-Y/n)?" Eddie whispered. You smirked.
"Last time I checked." You replied. Everything after happened in a blur. You were engulfed in hugs and so many voices were saying different things at once that you couldn't register anything. After the initial shock had settled, you took a good look at all of them.
Not much had changed, honestly. Bill was much taller now. Eddie grew too, but he was still short for someone his age. Stan tamed his curls a bit, but not too much. Ben kept his round baby face and Beverly had kept her short hair. You expected one person to be missing, seeing as he was homeschooled, but there was another absence that made your stomach hurt. He couldn't have moved, could he?
"Where's-" You were cut off by a loud clatter from in front of you. You looked up and saw such a familiar boy, standing in front of a spilled tray with eyes wider than saucers. You knew this boy. Even though he had grown, you'd recognize him any day.
You couldn't tell if he was taller or the same height as Bill. His hair was long and curly, which suited his face perfectly. His thick, coke-bottle glasses were still placed on his nose, amplifying his doe-like brown eyes amazingly. His lips plump and his freckles prominent. He had ditched the Hawaiian shirts and taken on the "bad boy" look. Combat boots, a leather jacket, ripped jeans and a white T-shirt. You had to admit, it was a change, but a great one.
Nothing was said. He just stared. He stared for a good minute before marching over to you and grabbing your hand. Yet still, even after he began dragging you out of the cafeteria, he said nothing. He pulled you away from the crowd and into a room. It was an old classroom that was dusty, giving the idea that it was no longer in use. Although, you couldn't discover any more about the room for what happened next.
Richie grabbed your hips and backed you against a wall, capturing your lips in a kiss. You were surprised at first but wrapped your arms around his neck after a second or two. He pulled you in closer and chewed on your lip lightly. You gave a small moan and opened your mouth. His tongue slipped inside your mouth and you could feel your knees getting weak.
You ran your fingers up the back of his neck and through his hair, tugging at it lightly. He groaned into the kiss. You were so caught up in the moment that you barely even noticed when he lifted your leg around his waist. He pulled away and moved his lips to your neck. He began to lightly suck, surely going to leave a mark.
"I... Missed... You... So... Fucking... Much..." He moaned out. With each word, his lips went lower and lower. It was only until his hands began to fumble with your top button when you realized what was happening.
"Richie." You whispered. He finally got the button undone but before he could get to the next one, you grabbed his hands. He looked up.
"Richie." You said. He looked at your position before backing away slightly.
"Fuck. I-I'm sorry. I just... Fuck..." He said and ran his fingers through his hair. You laughed.
"It's okay. You got caught up in the moment. So did I." You replied. Richie looked at you and gave a light smile.
"I really did miss you." He said. You smiled and hugged him.
"I missed you too, Rich." You replied.
"I honestly didn't think you were gonna come back." He whispered and squeezed you tighter. You closed your eyes.
"Richie, I love you. I couldn't not come back." You said. He sighed.
"I love you too. And good lord am I glad you're home."
