Alexis Snape is 16 years old and has been attending Beauxbatons up until now. The school found out about her father being a death eater and had her expelled in fear of her being one as well.
She is now starting her 6th year at Hogwarts as a Slytherin.
Alexis' father is Professor Snape (duh) and her mother is irrelevant to the story. But just so you know, she was a muggle born, making Alexis half-blood. Her mother disappeared after she was born and ended up dying shortly after.
Alexis and her father are extremely close because it has always been just them.
