Luke brought his hands to rest on her hips while hers wrapped his neck, grabbing the ends of his hair. This elicited a few small moans from his lips.

Luke and Aurora could hear a huff of aggravation and disappointment come from the man. They could also hear his foot steps walking away from them.

Once they couldn't hear the footsteps anymore, they broke apart.

"Oh my gosh. Thank you so much for that," Aurora said relieved.

"Aurora, what are you doing here? You shouldn't be out this late much less be at Strength," Luke said pointing to the building.

"I know, I know. Coming here was a mistake. I don't know why I let Calum bring me here. Oh my gosh. Calum. I left him in a room up there," Aurora said before clapping a hand over here mouth.

"Calum? You came here with him? And did you say you left him. In a room? Aurora, tell me you didn't," Luke said shocked.

Luke looked at Aurora. He could see the hickeys that Calum left on her neck, the way her hair was messed up, the haphazard way her clothes were on. His eyes widened at the realization.

"Luke, please don't think of me badly. I was drunk. I didn't know what I was doing. It was such a mistake," Aurora said letting a few tears fall.

"Oh, Aurora," Luke said sympathetically.

Luke grabbed her her and brought her into a hug. He let her cry into his shirt, no doubt ruining it, but he didn't care. Aurora needed him, and he had to do his best to be there for her.

Once Aurora stopped crying, Luke lead her back to his car. He drove her home.

He walked her up to her front door.

"Hey, Luke?" Aurora asked as he started back to his car.

"Hm?" he asked.

"Could you come in for a minute?" Aurora asked quietly.

"Sure," he replied.

They both walked into Aurora's house. Aurora went to her kitchen and got a glass of water and two more pain pills.

She brought them back to her living room and downed the pills. She set the glass of water on her coffee table.

"Are you okay, Aurora?" Luke asked.

"No," Aurora whispered.

"What's wrong?" he said.

"I don't know. I just haven't been feeling like myself lately. I feel like I can't do anything right. Like every time I try to be good enough for someone, I end up screwing up and disappointing everyone.

I haven't been very happy either. I remember when I used to be happy. When my parents were still here, I wouldn't even think of doing half the things I do now. I wouldn't be partying, or drinking, or wearing super tight clothes, or fucking my best friend.

I'm such a mess, Luke. What's wrong with me?" Aurora asks crying once again.

Luke scoots closer to Aurora putting an arm around the sobbing girl.

"Nothing's wrong with you, Ror. You've just lost your way. You didn't lose just one parent. You lost both. I saw how you were when they were here. You were the happiest girl I knew. You had plans. A future.

You just need that back. You need responsibility again. You don't have them to tell you what you need to do. I think you need a pet or something.

Something to liven this house up. Something to give you company and responsibility. I can see that you need it," Luke finished patting her shoulder.
