Mei soon moved in with Izuku to give him some company in his grief and lost. Also he had more sweet tech for making some very sweet babies then herself.

Her family allowing as they knew Midoriya and were furious at those blasted acts. Also Midoriya's job as Emerald Eyes had to adjust to the change of power which was harsh and difficult with its setting.

But soon enough, Eyes was no longer under threat. In fact, he was called more often to spy on criminals and villains. Soon enough being a secret pillar. Endeavor, the bastard,calling him up the most for success.

Izuku silently got to work making his vigilante gear and costume. Slowly and rapiadly building his technology while renovating and rebuilding the abandoned company building.

Inko's ring which was given to her by her mother. Nana who for some unknown reason had to leave her and her brother with the pair being separated. Izuku kept that ring on his left pointer finger and never took off unless for cleaning.

Also Izuku became cleaning Dagobah Beach. Izuku would clean the beach by taking the junk and using it to create new technology better versions of it once was. Izuku would sell the appliances cheaply to young abandoned Quirkless people and teach them how to survive. Or in other words everyday Izuku would help Quirkless People not live in complete poverty.

He would take abandoned buildings that he buys through the vast remaining money of the selling of hero Merch and fix them up for others like him to live. Izuku also made sure the government never caught on through using his hacker skills and memory technology. Specifically his memory erasing gun.

He would then sell the fixed up buildings to others very cheaply. Within the buildings, were  left written journals telling them how to get jobs and survive in this cruel world.

Mei also helped in the operation as keeping up the appearance that he was a good obeying Quirkless teen.

Nezu refuses however to close the opportunity for Quirkless students in U.A. He even in public had a few good words with All Might and Endeavor.  Which this gave someone like  Izuku Midoriya a chance legally for his dream.

But Izuku knew the time to act was now. He couldn't wait until the exams or he would never forgive himself. So he keep training while making more connections then ever underground.

Silently building for the his debut. Izuku already deciding his name. Deku. Izuku promised himself to turn Deku from useless to a Symbol for those outcasted to look up to.

Izuku never saw his mother again. He legally couldn't without getting killed or worst placed in Tartarus. He didn't even know if she was still alive. He can only hope that she was.

Soon enough, he was ready for his debut. He gathered enough intel to know exactly which organization he should take out first. Izuku has his eyes set directly on Overhaul.

Izuku had noticed the growing of villain groups and banners. He noticed the small mafias and gangs to the big guys in the underground. What he noticed were only two separate banners. The League of Villains and Overhaul's group(Me a big MHA Fan who can't remember the name. Also yes, rescuing Eri mission came super early and before UA).

The League have been inactive and have been gathering resources, intel and manpower. Which means they are planning something big but Izuku will deal with that when the time comes. With Overhaul, he knows what they are developing and exactly how. Quirk Restraining Bullets and Quirk Removing Bullets. Bullets that erase quirks or destroy them.

Izuku through his hacking realized that they have 5 of these quirk destroying bullets and are making them through the torture of a child. Izuku as Emerald Eyes sent this information to Sir Nighteye who now has a band of heroes that going to storm the place. But Izuku learned that by direct orders of that blasted Symbol of Peace, the girl wasn't going to rescued. No, the capture of Overhaul was the main focus.
