After school is finished I have had a pretty good day and overall it was good I was really excited to see everyone when I get out from my lesson with Dixie when she quickly comes up to

Dixie:hey I'm sorry Elle I can't come back to yours neither can charli

Elle:oh um I guess that's okay I'll see you-

Dixie:byeee

She runs off I'm kinda makes me upset but hey it's my birthday I don't want things to be ruined I go to my car and wait as I said I would wait there for Lauren and avani

I have been standing there for 30 minutes the school is basically empty and I'm getting really bored so I decide to call Lauren she doesn't answer I then call avani again she doesn't answer but I don't wanna ruin my birthday so I calmed myself down and try to think positively but after waiting for an thinker 15 minutes I decide to leave

I jump in my car and phone jaden he is the only one who can possible make me happy right now after my friends completely stood me up
And finally he answers

Jaden:uhhhh hey Elle

I can hear people in the background and it sounded just like avani and Dixie but I wasn't sure I'd it was her

Elle:hey jaden sorry are you busy

Jaden:uh a little but can I call you later

Elle:umm-

And he declines okay wtf did I do what happened why is everyone ignoring  me I can't even be asked anymore so I just drive home and see nobody is at home I walk in and see a note on the table

We are out sorry Elle
we can celebrate later xx-Addison dad and mum :)

I sigh mainly because I can't be asked I just sit in my room alone scrolling through tiktok and watching Netflix when I realise it's 11:55 pm I just sigh why was I alone in my birthday it's official I hate my birthday as I was thinking about everything that have happened to today when I get a text

Just walk outside

I was already tired and to be honest didn't care what I was doing at leats it was something I walk outside and it's pitch black but I can see a small light I walk closer to it and see Jaden standing there I check the time it's 12:00 am

*Flashback*

Jaden:what's your ideal date

Elle:I guess I would love to get asked out on midnight on the dig ohh with like fairy lights everywhere that would be cute 

Jaden:it's kinda weird but cute

Elle:I think it's pretty normal

He giggles
Jaden:of course you do

*Back to reality*

Elle:oh hey Jae

Jaden:heyyy Elle

He sounds really happy why is he so happy
As I get closer I see loads of fairy lights just then I comes to me
Is he asking me out ?

Jaden:so Elle if yuh remember you told me that you would love to get asked out in the middle of the night and yurt wish is my command I just wanted to let you know you mean a lot to me and if you say no it's fine but will you be my girlfriend

I run and hug him

Jaden:so is that a yes

Elle:of course

Just then I hear someone

Josh:buddy got himself a girl finally

I turn around and see all my friends
After that it was the best moment of my life I loved it so much

*3 years later*

I still go back to the day he asked me to be his girlfriend and it makes me smile I love him so much and he has done a lot for me we are still going strong which is crazy but he has my back and I'm happy

I'm also extremely happy mainly because avani and Anthony are engaged I have never felt happier for them ever since school I've had some shut days but jadens been there and it reminds me how I fell  in love with him .
