The divorce Part 1

Mia got up and went downstairs for breakfast, and she heard her parents arguing again when they saw Mia they stopped arguing and said they needed to talk to her. Mia said ok. She went to the living room and sat down on the couch. Her mom started crying and said "things aren't working out with me and your father the only reason we're still together is because of you and I think its time we get a divorce I'm sorry... Mia was confused because she thought her parents were doing just fine but when she heard the sadness in her mom's voice she knew they were really getting a divorce and she ran to her room crying her eyes out. She lied on her bed with her face in her pillow and started screaming until her throat hurt. She sat up and walked to the bathroom she ran her hands under burning hot water until they turned red and burned. She ran back to her room and cried some more then finally she went downstairs and confronted her parents. She told them how bad she felt, and cried in her mother's arms her mom was always there for her no madder what and she was gonna be there for her mom while she was going through this rough time. She cried herself to sleep that night. In the morning she went downstairs and was surprised because her dad was packing up his things. She asked him why and he said he was moving in with her grandparents. She hugged her dad really tight and told him she was staying with mom. Her dad finished packing his things at 4:00 and said he was leaving he packed the car and drove off. A few hours later she cried herself to sleep again and woke up with her eyes red with tears and snout all over her pillow. She had to go back to school because it was Monday. She rode her bike to school and when she got there her best friend was waiting for her and so was her boyfriend. She parked her bike and ran up to them she gave them both a big group hug and started crying in her boyfriend's arms he asked her why she was crying and she explained everything to him. He kissed her on the cheek and told her everything was going to be okay. They walked inside the school sat down and ate breakfast then they went to their classes. Mia went to class with her best friend Ava. They sat down next to each other and started laughing because the boy next to them sat in milk. They didn't pat attention and all they did was talk all of math class. Ava invited her to spend the night and she happily agreed. After school was out Ava's mom picked them up and they drove to Ava's house. She brought her one-piece pajamas and put them on it was cow pajamas and her friend had sheep pajamas so they were both farm animals. They had a lot of fun that night Ava was always there for her when she needed it and she was really happy to have a really good friend like Ava. Mia slept really well for the first time in a long time. The next day they got ready for school and Ava's mom drove them. When they got to school Jax Mia's boyfriend was waiting for them. Mia jumped in Jax's arms. They hugged for five minutes straight then they went into the school and it was a pretty normal day for them but when she left school her dad was there instead of her mom and she wondered why. She went up to her dad and asked him why he was here and he started crying and said her mom had got in a car accident the way here and passed away in the ambulance. She fell to the ground and started crying hysterically. Jax came up to her picked her up off the ground and put her in the car. He asked her dad if he and Ava could come with and he happily agreed they both got in the car and started hugging her. They told her it was going to be ok but she kept crying. Her dad drove to the house and told her he found an apartment and it was in town so she could still be with Jax and Ava. She got out of the car and hugged her dad then she ran to her room and cried into her pillow while her dad was talking to Jax and Ava downstairs. Jax came upstairs grabbed her and threw her over his shoulder she screamed and started giggling. He was happy because he finally got her to laugh. She started tickling him then he dropped her and she made him fall over. Then she laid her head on his shoulder and started crying again. He comforted her and told her everything was going to be ok. Ava and Jax spent the night at her house that night. Jax stayed in a separate room while Ava and Mia joked around and talked about boys. Mia didn't sleep that well that night but she woke up in a good mood. She went to Jax's room and woke him up and they all went downstairs and had pancakes with whipped cream and sprinkles for breakfast. Her dad dropped them off to school and went to work. She was really sad that day and didn't focus in class and ended up getting sent to the principles office. Her dad came home from work early to pick her up because he knew she was upset and needed comfort. She was happy to see her dad so she hugged him and walked to the car with him. She got in the car and drove home with him. She was really happy to be home with her dad.
