You woke up to the sun shining on your face. You smile as you get up from your bed to your closet, You get dressed into some everyday clothes. You walk downstairs to a note on the table with some food by it, the note said:
Hello my baby.
I'm sorry I am not with you right now, and that's because of work they called me in really early. But don't worry I have hired someone to watch over you, and so you won't have to be alone.
Love, Mom
You frowned at this, your mom was treating you like a child, but still you wondered who could possibly looking after you.
You start walking into the kitchen, no one there. You continued walking around the house until you found a girl sitting on your couch. "Uhh... Hello." You say, this made the girl jump and turn around to look at you, She was beautiful, You couldn't help but stare. "Oh hello!" She says, Her Voice was as soft as clouds.
"My name is Violet! What's your's?"
"Um.. (Y/n) (L/n), It's nice to meet you?" You said but it came out more like a question.
"You sound really unsure of yourself."
"Uhh.. It's just that I don't really get to have conversations that much.." You reply. She patted the seat next to her, motioning for you to sit, You did. As you slumped into the couch she started talking to you.
"So why don't you talk to anyone?" She asked.
"Well it's not necessarily me." She stares at you, you took this as a sign to keep going.
"Um.. people don't want to talk to me that much." You say.
She gasps, you jumped a little, "Why wouldn't anyone want to talk to you! You sound so sweet, and kind!" She lightly yells.
You knew this was a sign that she was going to be a good friend.
