In an ocean so cold
So dark and lonely
Filled with all the wonders and beauty that the world has yet to seen
I dwell here alone
Carrying with me on my back the scars that tell the story of my journey
How was i to know that with every swirl of wave crushed

A turtle like me
Yet so different from me
Who has swam through his share of oceans
Faced his share of storms
Carrying on his back marks that tell the tales of his journey.
You've found me and i you
The ocean has brought us together
Yet it is filled with its dangers
But we've got we
to watch each others shoulders.
Every day we strive to be the best we can for each other
And then there are days we cuddle and watch the sun set.
You are my turtle
Your pace, shows patience
Your easy going personality brings out your humanity
And your reaction to danger shows your wisdom
We face our storms side by side
You give me the courage to face the future knowing apart from our creator, You've got me
No matter the depth and lenght of the ocean we may swim
