Chapter three

As I searched the compartment I found a little bathroom around the corner. It had a shower and a toilet. It did not have bathtub, but like most bathrooms it had a sink. In the cabinet above the sink it had all the cough medicine and pills Advil and all that crap stuffed inside of it. In the drawers there was a nice hair brush,hair ties, bobby pins,hair gel, scissors,hair clips,and a comb. In the next drawer over, there was little cups for rinsing and spitting, a tooth brush, tooth paste, and mouth wash. In the to larger cabinets under the sink there was an abundance of scented soaps. In the closet in front of the shower there was towels and wash cloths. There was also shaving cream,shampoo, conditioner, body soap, body wash, nail polish, nail polish remover and, Cotten balls. There was another door in the bathroom and I opened it and it led to a large bedroom. It was the only bedroom in the compartment, so I called it my master bedroom. I explored in there. I found a dresser. It had a bunch of really cute clothes in there. There was undies, socks, jeans, shirts, t-shirts,long sleeve t-shirts, and bras. On a night stand next to my four apolstere bed, there was a table lamp, and a jewelry box. Inside the jewelry box, there was a bunch of earrings which will come to no use,seeing that my ears are not pierced. There was also a large supply of jewelry like necklaces, bracelets, and rings. I walked out of the master bedroom and wandered into a kitchen. It wasn't very big but it didn't need to be concidering that it is only me here. It is a very nice kitchen. It had granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a mini microwave,and a stove/oven. In the enormous fridge, there was an abondance of tasty healthy fruits. There was also veggies and snacks. There was milk, water bottles, chocolate milk, and my favorite sodas. In a pantry across the room there was a ton of food. There was soup, candy, crackers, mustard, ketchup, cereal, bread, spices, and other cabinitly stuff. In the cubbies hanging from the ceiling, there are cups, bowls, and, plates. In some drawers there are pots, pans, silverware, and dishwasher detourgent and dishwasher soap. I turned a corner leading to a family room. It had a large tv, a stereo system. Chairs and a dining room table. There was also a gas burning fire place. Over by the fireplace, there was a large poster bored with a note and picture on it. "Dear audrey,

I am sorry you don't know what is going on. If you didn't know before, you need to now. Me and your dad are secret scientists. When we had you you were immediately had a special shot put in to you heart, to keep you safe from anything harmful. As you already know, this is a hide out for you in case Gerald comes back. You are here now because he has. Gerald is not some regular murderer/robber. He is you dads old partner. All he wanted was that secret formula so he could have it for him self. And since he could not have that, he wanted the closest thing to it. That would be you. Now read this very carefully! Gerald is never gonna stop looking for you. He is gonna search high and low for you and not going to stop until he does find you. If you here anyone come down into the basement, I need you to go in the emergency basement below the carpet in this room. It has all the stuff you will need to survive.

I flipped up the carpet and found the secret door. I decided not to use it. I flipped the carpet back over the door, and fell back on the couch. The only things running through my mind right now are," my mom really went all out on this place and, I want to be safe and what if he finds me? What would I do then
