The blood transfers enery around the body buy the heart acting like a pump there for you can make artificial viens and capillaries to transport blood around and take a cell of muscle amd use stem cell research to make artificial muscle fibers and make light weight and tough metal bones along with the capillaries to put blood into the body by osmosis and have the nerves attached into the new arm
There for ypu have a lighter and stronger arm akin to a real human arm the only problem would be the skin as you could use a plethora of materials to make it
But in theory it could work but the cost would cost alot plus there might be a problem in the amount of blood that your body would have to produce to be able to use it plus the additional rehabilitation of have a artificial arm, and getting the material right were they wont rust after a few years of use and if they break that the are can be fix with out cause millions in hospital fees and trained biomechanical engineers on site to be able to
A, fix the arms bones and artificial capillaries and veins and arteries
B, would also be able tp fix the bones and be able to remove them if damge is to much for it to be simply welded together and done
You would also need a doctor to fix amy any nervous system and internal bleading from makeing a new limb and bleading from happening in the new arm
