I woke up needing to be sick I got out of bed quickly like dashed out of bed I ran to the bathroom I was throwing up when I felt someone's hand brush against my back and hold my hair back when I was finished I leaned in the toilet and someone picked me up when I looked up it was Payton he put me on the bed and tucked me in and I went back to sleep for half an hour
I woke up I got out of bed bc I was feeling better I showered brushed my teeth and went over to my vanity I did my make up

I ate breakfast and me and Payton went down to the basement where the guys where training and I got out some boxing gloves and my headphones and played some music while I kicked and punched the boxing bag I was sweating but letting all my anger on the bag I got that angry I punched the bag and the chains snapped I looked around and everyone was looking at me A- what They all shrugged I walked over to the water drink table and got a water bottle after I finished with it I put it on the table as soon as I touched the table it broke in half I looked away and everyone was looking at me A- what I'm sorry I didn't even put my bottle down that hard P- babe come here a minute I went to him P- slap my hands I slapped his hands and he whined and they where red A- I didn't even hit them hard B- angel can u come and lean your hand on this table A- ok I walked over to the table I carefully leaned on it with my hand and the legs broke snapped off A- ok what's going on P- one more test babe come come punch this bag as hard as u can I punched it and it came off the chains and made a dent and cracks In The wall .....
