What is scripting? - It is the craft of writing and describing your desired reality [dr]

Cr - current reality
Dr - desired/dream reality

Tip - avoid shorter versions of words. Like bc, n etc. Instead say what it acctually is. Because, and etc

I will smell (insert smell) when I am in my dr:

Its (insert year) and its summer time. (Insert name) is my dad. (Insert name) is my mom. My bff{s} is/are (insert name[s]). Describe your wealth. I am darkskin with blue eyes. I have fiery red hair and a septum peircing. Im skinny and tall. I am beautiful. {Feel free to alter your appearnce to any way u like} I will wake up to my boyfreind, (insert name). My boyfrind is (describe how you want your boyfreind to look and act). We will (insert activity) together. Then he will take me out to (insert place). We will have a good time.

After that we will go to the skate park with some freinds and goof around. At abt 6pm we will come back home with our freinds and gossip. We will play a board game as we gossip. When we are done, me and my freinds will go to my room and watch a reality tv show. My boyfreind will cuddle me while I play with his hair.

I cannot die. My freinds cannot die. I can feel a little bit of pain but not much. = inccorrct

Use positive alternitaves.

((While you are in your dr, your cr clone will act exactly like you. It wouldnt do anything that you wouldnt do. However, you can still plan out what you want them to do))

My clone will act exactly like me. It will get all of its homework done and be responisble. It will not do anything that I wouldnt do. It will not get itself into trouble.

I will say the word (insert word) to leave my dr:
