Mini Idea(Not a scenario really, but just a little thought I had):

Imagine this song being a song for a killer(Horror movie of course) who enjoyed shock humor. Rather than them meaning the shocking things they say, they only say it to get under the skin of the victim they're messing with.

Now certain darker things they say that have a humored tone for them, such as "Haha I tied you up!', or " I rigged this for my pleasure', are what they genuinely intend to do. While the nastier things they say are merely for shock factor and added fear to make their victim further unnerved. Though it wouldn't be something they'd actually do.

And while they're a killer, they still enjoy humor, so they just act erratic and humorous most of the time merely for their own entertainment.
