We had an activity in school, wherein our teacher told us to write the name of our best friend and tell some things about him/her.
I got my paper and pen, and smiled as I took a glance at the girl in front of me.
I wrote her name in my paper. I wrote beautiful things about her, how adorable and kind she is, how charming and attractive her ways are, even every single detail of her positive traits, our story on how we met, and our journey as bestfriends.
After me and my classmates had finished our task, our teacher called us one by one to read our work in front of the class.
She was called first, and I was excited on what was written on her paper, on how she will tell everything about me and our friendship, because we've really been through a lot.
She smiled before reading her work.
But the curve on lips began to disappear when I heard what she said. I felt shocked, dismayed and sad.
I am not the one whom she mentioned. I was not her bestfriend.
