"Oh" I chuckled softly and nodded my head at the front door "c'mon then" I added walking towards to the door as i heard her laugh. Grabbing my keys i walk immediately out of the door.

His pov

Last night was such an eventful night, after coming back from that meeting i found mads sitting on my bed, which freaked me out at first — imagine walking to your dark room to find a dark shadow of someone sitting at the edge of your bed — She came to apologize for our fight and to tell me that she wanted me back. Even though i was really hurt from all the things she said to me during that fight, i still found myself forgiving her and going back to being hers again. I know it makes me a pathetic person to go back to her, but there's always this connection that always pulls me back to her.

I woke up to her soft snorts and her hot breath against my neck as she was clinging to me. I had my arm wrapped around her back as her face was buried in the crock of my neck. Mads has been in my life for more than two years now and even though we've faced a shit ton of problems we still found our way back together but that doesn't mean i feel as comfortable around her as i used to. You can still feel slight emotions for someone but still be on edge around them, it's like waiting for a moving bomb to burst, or someone jumping on you telling you 'surprise! You're life is a joke'.

It is complicated and I don't understand it myself.

"Morning" i heard her whisper softly in her sleepy voice, planting a gentle kiss on my neck.

"Morning" I smiled softly kissing the top of her head, she shifted her head to look up at me as I leaned my head down to look into her eyes.

"How'd you sleep?" I asked in my raspy voice due to the dryness I'm feeling in my throat.

"Good..you?" She asked her gaze shifting between my two pupils.

"Good" i said softly as she snuggled into my chest even more. We stayed in this position for a couple of minutes until I felt the need to go to the bathroom. She untangled herself from my grip so I could climb out of the sheets and head to the bathroom. As i went inside, I felt the need to refresh myself so I decided on taking a hot shower to relax my tense muscles from all the tension I've been through these past couple of days. I drowned deep into my thoughts as the shower head released racing water down my back but always found my mind going back to the girl i saw last night. I might've gotten back with mads again but this girl made my stomach turn in a type of way last night, a feeling I haven't felt in so long. Her grey piercing eyes were printed in my brain at this point and I couldn't be more flattered.

I got out of the shower eventually and wrapped the soft towel around my waist, brushing my teeth but in reality i was trying to spare a couple more minutes in my own peace. I got out of the bathroom after finishing my deeds, to mads sitting on my bed. She was already dressed in what she wore last night. She took in my state, as i was only in a towel and my hair was on my forehead dripping small droplets of water from the tips, and cleared her throat.

"I'll wait for you downstairs" she gave me a small smile as I nodded in response walking to my closet. When i heard the door shut, i put on my grey sweats and a black hoodie. Grabbing my phone from the nightstand and kissing the silence goodbye as i walked out of my room, closing the door behind me and pacing downstairs.

"Good morning J" Kio said with a small smile on his face as i walked into the living room. He was sat on the couch watching tv I would assume, I returned the smile and nodded. Looking around there was no one other than him in here.
