"Y/N, it is so good to see you." Rose says.

"You got the TARDIS working again?" You ask in response.

"Somewhat. I need some help though."

"What's going on?"

"It's the Doctor- he's changed."

"What do you mean by changed?" Rose then explains that he changed everything about him with something that looked like nano genes, and she came to you because you had more knowledge about this kind of thing then she does. You don't bother to ask how they found you, that's not important at the moment. What is important at the moment is to calm your hysterical friend down.

"Rose?" Katie asks when you bring Rose inside. "How'd you get here?" Rose doesn't answer because she's in so much shock. You have your friend sit down, pressing a paper cup of coffee into her hands, then draping a blanket over her shoulders.

"I'm guessing you keep forgetting the Doctor is technically an alien even if he looks human." You say sitting down next to your friend. She nods a little bit.

"He completely changed on me- that's why I came to you... you deal with things like this constantly Y/N. I don't." Rose explains. "I don't know what to do."

"Can you explain how he changed?" Dean gently asks.

"This golden stuff came out of his head and hands... one moment he was the Doctor the next he was this stranger."

"Okay, not a shapeshifter... if he was a shapeshifter it would've looked like someone was crawling out of someone else's skin." You throw your brother a bitch face. "What it's true."

"Do you mind not freaking Rose out more?" You reply. "That golden stuff was called regeneration energy, it's how the Doctor's people cheat death." You grab your laptop and open a web browser and Google the Doctor. You then show Rose some of the past versions of the Doctor. "If he barely regenerated he's going to need our help."

"What do you mean?" Rose asks looking at you.

"Best way how to put it, he might be acting like a drunk."

"(Nickname)?" Dean asks as Sam walks into the motel room burdened with supplies.

"Hey Rose. Where's everyone else?" Sam asks, setting down the supplies.

"That's why she's here Sammy, the Doctor needs help." You answer. "Speaking of which the poor bloke is still in the TARDIS. I'll be back." You then head back to the TARDIS to find the Doctor looking like he is about to collapse. Your instincts take over and you catch him before he falls. "I got ya, Doctor." You say draping his arm around his shoulders helping him stay upright.

"Y/N Winchester..." He mutters.

"Stay with me Doctor- just a little further." Your alien friend collapses as soon as the two of you enter the motel room. Thankfully Sam is right there to help you catch the time lord.

"You weren't kidding about him being in rough shape." Sam says. "So now what?" You place two fingers on the side of the Doctor's neck, there's one heartbeat. You then move your hand to the other side of his neck- there's the second heart. Both heartbeats are a little weak.

"Well, the good news is that both hearts are working. Bad news his pulses are weak." You say.

"Get ahold of John. He might know what to do." Dean suggests.

"You are brilliant Dean." You say as you fish out your laptop.

"Y/N, what's going on?" Rose asks when the initial shock is over for now.

"Right now, taking care of you and the Doctor."

"Rose, duck." You say when everyone was about to get killed by a spinning plant. Bullets don't work on that sucker. Rose grabs the Doctor's sonic screwdriver and puts it in the Doctor's hand.
