The day was bright and beautiful, they had been for almost a week now and rain was due that night, regardless dragonetts played care-free. One particular dragonett, with shiny golden scales was not, and in fact was in the shade napping. He had just finished another chapter in a book, the topic of which doesn't matter, it's size, however, did and size it had. Currently he was on the third volume of 10, 6 inch thick books and he was half way through that one when he fell asleep.
"Cilver!" A voice beckoned his name and yet he did not stir, currently he was dreaming and it was a nice one too, but the voice beckoned again. "Cilver!" It was closer. Cilver, despite the dream shattering like raindrops, kept his eyes closed, not wanting to get up. Cilver is a strange name on its own, and not dissimilar to the metal, but when you give it to someone who is gold, then it becomes absurdly strange, but it was his name none the less.
"Cilver get up, we need to start heading home so we can have dinner." The golden dragonett opened his eyes, giving up, he knew he couldn't win this battle, he never would. He looked up at the red figure in front of him and nodded, a little disappointed they had to leave so soon, but still closed his book and got on his mom-dad's back. He called him mom-dad due to the fact that he was his mother, despite being male, but mostly he didn't know what to call him when he already had a dad. They lifted off and met up with his dad, who was flying already, a purple dragon that was both bigger than mom-dad, like a daddy is to a mommy, and hero several times over. The trio began the flight to their home, a cave that had a nice wooden front and rather big door.
