recap// Savannah didn't know where she was & she opened the door and was shocked

(Savannah's POV)
"SHIT!" I yelled. Standing outside of the door was an attractive, but naked man.
"What?!" he shouted back.
"Wait where am I? And who are you exactly?" I asked.
His face fell.
"Savannah? It's me. Zayn? You know the guy who you live with? He's also your boyfriend?" he said.
Immediately my memory of him came back.
"Oh yeah.. sorry! It's just I barely slept." I played off.
"I'm gonna go to the store. Come with?" he asked.
I nodded my head quickly. God I'm starving.
"I'm gonna get a shower before we go okay? So get dressed quickly."
"Okay."
As I was picking my outfit out, I was trying to remember what happened this past week.
I know he cheated on me, but something else happened. I keep having the same dream over again. Oh well.
"Cute or casual? Ooh I like this. Idk whose room this is, but they have great style." I said out loud.
Wait what's this knob in the back of the closet...
As I turned the knob there was a window leading to another room. It was bright pink and had a bunch of drawers and a mirror.
Is this mine?
I crawled through the small window and opened one of the drawers.
"WHAT IS THIS?" I whisper yelled as I pulled out chains and a whip.
I heard the shower water turn off.
I got to get out of this room, crap.
"Savannah have you chosen what you're wearing yet?" Zayn yelled from the bathroom.
"YEAH!" I yelled as I sucked in my gut and crawled from the secret window.
"Hey aren't you a little dressed up if we are just going to the store?"
"Don't be a dickweed."
"What did you call me?" he laughed.
"Don't laugh! And I called you dickweed."
"Okay.."
When we go to the store I immediately grabbed a buggy and ran to the food section. I grabbed watermelon, strawberries, bananas, apples, cucumber, celery, ranch dressing, salad, and chicken, and threw them into the cart. Zayn kept looking at me funny the entire time for some reason. I feel like something is wrong.

(Zayn's POV)
Something is wrong with Savannah. She keeps forgetting things, sometimes even me. I made an appointment later this week to follow up with the doctor, but until then I have to act normal.
She normally doesn't like getting healthy food at the markets. She isn't fat, but she normally likes getting snacks. I just want her back to normal.

After we left the store, we immediately went home so we could put the grocerys in the fridge. I invited the mates and their girlfriends over for a game of truth or dare, to see if my suspicions are true.
"Hey we are here for a game of truth or dare!!" yelled sassy Louis.
Savannah came downstairs and looked confused as she looked at her bestfriend.
"SAVANNAH!!" Eleanor yelled.
Shortly, all the guys and girls came.
