"So Brei, what can I have your number or you? I prefer the second one" sabi niya at napatawa nalang ako
"Ms. Trinidad, you're smooth pero number po" sabi ko at binigay ang number ko sakaniya
"You can call me Coleen, don't be too formal" ani ya " okay po Ms. Coleen" sabi ko
Tumawa siya "Gosh you're too cute, just drop the formalities okay? po and Ms. drop them" sabi niya
"Okay Coleen" sabi ko at ngumiti
"Let's go" boses palang nanlalamig na ako "a-ah okay Ma'am" sabi ko at tumayo
"Nice to meet you po- I mean Nice to meet you, Coleen" sabi ko at nginitian siya
"Nice to meet you too, Brei, let me take you out sometime , okay?" sabi niya habang nakangiti
"O-okay, babyee" sabi ko at kumaway habang papalayo sakaniya
"You know she's also Ceo, right? Call her Ms." sabi ni Lara habang nasa kotse na kami "sabi niya po wag na daw po" sabi ko
"Delete her number, block her."
Lara's Pov
"A-ano po?" she asked confused
"You know I don't like repeating myself" I said firmly
"B-but why?" tanong niya
"Are you trying to shoot your shot out of the squatters?"
I saw her brows knit together
"Ano pong sinasabi niyo?"
"Are you trying to Gold Dig her?" I bluntly asked
"Hindi po ako ganong klasing tao interesado po ako sakaniya mukha po siyang mabait" sabi niya habang naka-ngiti
"She's not that serious when it comes to relationships, so might as well throw your luxury dreams out of the window" I said in a cocky tone
I can feel her getting angry but is trying not to show it
"I would like to have her as my friend and no, I will not delete her number, she's a good person" she smiled through her anger
"I'm not asking you--"
"I'm not obeying you" she shortly answered
"Sure, shoot your shot I guess" I said
I can feel my blood boiling, she didn't even bat an eye at me nor say anything, she's controlling herself maybe
Did I offend her too much?
Not long after we reached the building she quickly got out of the car and went to the elevator without me
I did offend her, huh?
I waited for the elevator and got up, she was already sitting at her chair doing paperworks
The alarm for lunch rung
I sat in my chair looking at her
"Buy me food, same as yesterday, buy yourself food too" I said as I handed her the money, without saying anything she just left
I feel guilty, but why?
Kinuha ko
I should be angry at her, I'm her boss, she disobeyed me and is now ignoring me
After a few minutes, she came back and placed my food at the counter
"Are you angry, Ms. Binuya?"
